Delivery WOW

Extremely pleasant experience. I arrived 20 min before they closed, but they told me to feel free to stay. First time trying avocado egg rolls! It's sweet but not too sweet. Highly recommend! Waitress came help me box food even during her break. Appreciated her service!

I just loooovvveeeeee everyone at Delivery Wow. Their customer service is ammaaazzinng. When talking to Ralla, Tyler, and Larry, it feels like been knowing them forever. The conversations we have..... PRICELESS. I highly reccommend Delivery Wow and make sure you talk to the 3 people I mentioned. They are definitely on top of things when it comes to caterings and they pick allllll the right food places....... just oh so delicious. If there was more stars to give, I would give them all the stars. Delivery Wow is good in my book and will continue to do business with them.

Great service. Person who took my order was so knowledgeable that he knew the restaurant I wanted food from was closed or closing. He quickly explained, put me on hold, got ahold of the restaurant manager, and I was able to get food from that place, even though it was a couple of minutes past closing time. Then, the delivery driver was so friendly and professional. A great experience all around.

Great service from a delivery staff that really cares about impressing their customers. Their website and menu book offer an outstanding collection of some of Chicago's best restaurants. And they have a GREAT selection of restaurants to choose from if you need to cater a corprate lunch or dinner ot just feed a big party at home.

When ordering catering from a restaurant that may not have a COI for our building, I look at DeliveryWow first. I like their group ordering platform where each employee can customize their order to their liking. Recommend for Catering/group orders.

If you are ordering for a lunch meeting, don't count on it to be on time. Order the day before and you may possibly get it in time for your lunch meeting the next day.

Took 2 hours for my food to arrive and when it did it was cold and soggy, the only reason I gave them two stars is that they accepted cash payment.

Many fraudulent charges from this the place... first on a Tues morn when we hadn’t ordered anything they charge .25c then a few $1.00 to Delivery WOW

Then they went to Home Depot & charged the card # because we used a biz acct card...

They owe me $ and it’s a lot...

Pursuing proper channels at this time

They’re crooks or crooks have their credentials & are posing as them. As a business owner they’re still responsible & let’s see how they handle it, as crooks or nothing to hide victims with a lot to remedy. At any cost All should be aware.

Seriously Dissapointed
Terrible Delivery Service, we ordered a Pepperoni Deep Dish Pizza from Ginos East and it took almost 2 hours for our pizza to arrive. When we received the pizza all of the sauce and toppings were tipped and all over the box leaving us with just crust we had to take a spoon to fix the toppings.
(DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DELIVERY SERVICE)

WOW! If you want to order food and have it mysteriously disappear use these guys! If not, I would recommend Grub hub, they have never messed up my order so far.
