I absolutely love the District Manager! Her staff in the Jacksonville Illinois store is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. They are fast and efficient with their transactions. I love going in there to do business with any one of them.

Cricket in Jacksonville is a great place to go for phone service, if you have any problems they will do whatever they can to help you out. The only thing I would like is for old customers to get deals like new customers get.
