Eric was a customer's dream! My phone locked up, and I was in a bit of a panic. Calmly, pleasantly, and efficiently he solved the problem! What a blessing he was and what a asset to your company!

Cody was absolutely awesome! My wife came in from out of town with a Verizon based issue. He spent HOURS with her (and on the phone with me) to assist us. He was our bright spot! I can not express our appreciation enough! If you need a phone, these people care about you.

Marissa Brown was fantastic, professional customer service even the other staff also helped me to find my accessories for purchase. Please don't go to the store at Pioneer parkway because they are always busy, just stop by the Verizon store on Sterling you won't disappoint or call Marissa Brown in advance to make appointment .

Purchased new iPhone this past weekend and unfortunately experience did not start out well with difficulties in phone and data transfer. New technology glitches. Brayden and Ethan stepped up with excellent client service and took all of the necessary time to ensure everything was corrected and completed properly. I needed a new phone so I made an appointment with Eric. He has helped my husband and I several times. It is important to have someone you can trust to give you the information so you can make informed decisions.
Eric did just that. He made it a pleasant experience without the pressure or feeling like I was just a sale. He took the time to explain the differences in the phones so I could make a decision. I never felt rushed and I certainly appreciated his patience! I would recommend this store and especially Eric! My husband and I will come back when it's time for our next upgrade!

Went into Verizon on Sterling late on a Saturday. I’m sure the sales staff were starting to watch the clock as closing time approached but you’d never have known if they were. I’ve been to 4 other Verizon stores in the past 10 years for all my phone needs as well as those of my husband and our 4 sons. I have always had “adequate” service but the service I received here was exceptional. Brandy was outstanding. She and two other sales people, Brian and Brandon, went above and beyond to meet all our needs. I highly recommend you go here for all your cellular needs! I won’t go anyplace else from now on. Thank you so much Brandy! You were wonderful and both you and Brian made this such an enjoyable experience by being so helpful and making it fun! I worked with Ed one two occasions. This time he spent about 2 hours with me making sure everything was on my new phone. He had a wonderful team of help as well. Richie and Eric did some transferring while Ed processed things. Highly recommend the service they provide.

Michael, Dylan, Matthew, and Jeremiah all went above and beyond for our family. We purchased 4 new phones and had issues with a stolen phone and these guys worked with us for 2 hours trying to get everything set up and help us with the stolen phone. Truly a team effort by all of them. Super friendly and so knowledgeable...truly is home wizardry😊

Jordan and Ed were absolutely amazing. They helped us bundle a new phone and a new Home Phone for the same cost of just the phone. We have been loyal for 23 years and Jordan gave us a great deal for being customers for so long. Highly recommended

Just wanted to say thank you Michael, you did an amazing job!! I’m a person who doesn’t really like change. My go to guy has always been Eric (don’t worry Eric you’re still my go to guy), when you said that you’ve been learning from Eric, I had to give you a chance and I was very PLEASED!! So now if Eric isn’t at the store I’ll look to see if you’re there. Thank you again for the great opportunity and wonderful experience. I love the service at the Sterling store I’ve been going there for many years, when I see Eric is not there I usually ask when he works again and I leave. Like I said I’m a person who usually does not like change. First thing Michael said to me is that he had been working alongside Eric, so I had to give him a chance and I am glad I did, he did an excellent job, I love my new iPhone XR, so now I have 2 go to guys when I need help. I’m not the easiest customer to work with and Michael made my visit a very pleasant one, I left there very pleased. This is the store to go to for all your cellular needs.

My experience today at Verizon was extraordinary. They couldn’t have been nicer. Drove an hour to come see this store. I want to thank your company for remaining open for people like me. Ed and Dylan were outstanding and went above and beyond for me. I bought a tablet and they made sure we were on the best plan, helped me setup Disney+, and scheduled a follow up call for next Wednesday to make sure everything is perfect!

Interaction getting a new phone - Brandon Bowen was excellent in his explanations of how everything works. He helped me with
all my questions! I will recommend him and this location to friends & family ! Thank the Lord for an understanding, helpful person!! He is a great example of good, customer service!!
