An awesome, longstanding local business and an absolute pillar of the neighborhood. They seem to have everything in stock, virtually always, and the people working there are always happy to help find what you need.

Staff greets you when you walk in and ready to help you find what you need. I wouldn't get this service at a big box competition.

The perfect alternative to Lowes or Home Depot. They have what you need and it won't take you walking miles around the store to find it. The staff are knowledgeable about their products and are eager and happy to help you (unlike the big box store staff who, if you are lucky enough to find someone to help you, will avoid eye contact and walk past you, don't know their products or where anything is)

The owners are great, the GM is one of a kind, resourceful, knowledgeable and organized person. This is the place where you come to solve your problems.

I've frequent this location over the years they are very knowledgeable and super friendly I highly recommend this location

Super friendly, easy parking. Have lots of weber grill supplies that I was looking for. Have everything else I need.

Need to update my review, went in today 10/8/23 to buy a Regulator hose for my Weber grill, went to two other Ace hardware stores yesterday and not one of those other stores told me that the genesis hose will work with my Spirit II grill. Thank you so much Edgebrook Ace for helping me and making my small grill repair so easy! This will always by my #1 location going forward ❤

I was very excited to purchase my Ego snowblower and when I put the batteries to charge, one of them was defective. I called the very next morning and spoke to Manny. He assured me that he would take care of the issue. When I got to the store he had a new battery waiting for me. Fantastic service from Manny and his team. 5/5 Stars

After spending way too much time with another store looking for an item with their untrained help, I noticed the Edgebrook Ace had the same tool and at a sale price better than the big box store. I went in and they knew what I wanted and where it was (unlike the big box east of there) - I was out in minutes. GREAT STAFF, especially Annie and Leo!!!

Ordered a snowblower online to pick up in store. When it wouldn't fit in my car an employee offered to deliver it to my house that same day free of charge. You don't get that level of service in the big box stores.

Somehow I never had a bad experience here, always a great service. People are friendly and willing to help you out.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. High quality products. It is my first choice when I need stuff. You may pay a little more on some items, but they can tell you how to use it, and they will take the time to do so. When in a hurry, you can get in and out far faster than you can at a big-box store. My go to place for odds and ends. They have a good selection of items. Sometimes it's easier and way faster to go the Edgebrook Ace than Home Depot or Lowes. Sales associates are always friendly and willing to help too!

Ace hardware, in general, is awesome. There are actually people working there that want to, and can, help - unlike the big box stores. I like to roam the aisles a bit after I get what I came for. I always find something I need. I one brought an old door knob that I couldn't get to stay on. They rethreaded the knob - no charge. I just brought in my screen door to be re-screened - for about $10 more than just buying a roll of screen. Anyway, go there and give them your money, Home Depot doesn't need it.

Very hospitable, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Wide range of quality hardware, supplies & accessories for the home and tools. Off street parking behind the building.

They really are helpful at this local neighborhood hardware store. The staff is great. They usually have the part I need to finish the project that got more complicated than expected and the expertise to offer that helps get it done.

An excellent neighborhood hardware store. I have another Ace closer to me, but the staff here at Edgebrook are much more knowledgeable and helpful. This is a big, clean and well lit store that's well organized and easy to shop. They also have a great donation program for local schools if you opt not to take a plastic bag.

A young man who works there is very knowledgeable and friendly!! Not sure what his name is BUT he's a keeper!!! Great employee with a great personality
