My buddies and I came here because we were attracted by the beautiful view outside and the overall style of the business. The house was clean when we arrived, and the staff was really amusing. When the server took our order, he was both informed and kind. The champagne and beers were delicious. It was well worth it.

My family has been buying wine from Flickinger Wines for almost a decade now. Service is impeccable and we are always given quality wines for fair and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Please make sure to give a 24 hour notice before picking up your wines if you buy a lot of different kinds. Overall very nice shopping experience and will definitely buy again.

Excellent customer service!

Frequently I have purchased wine that is advertised with original wood cartons (OWC). Several times they have been unable to ‘locate’ the OWC they advertise and reflect on my purchase invoices.

The last straw for me was a 3 pack of Chateau Latour that was advertised and included OWC on my invoice.

They did not ship the OWC, they charged me $64.23 to ground ship 3 bottles, and nobody responded to my repeated requests for where the OWC was, and why they charged me $64 to ship 3 bottles. Other retailers don’t charge me that much for shipping an entire case of wine!

I am so done with their false advertising and price gouging shipping rates.

I bought a case of wine that was bad. After giving me the runaround for a year they ultimately just went radio silent and didn’t stand behind their product. May be fine for current releases but avoid for higher end or older vintages.

Nasty and rude customer service. With absolutely no provocation or reason, as soon as they answered the call. Do not reward or encourage this behavior—shop elsewhere.
