The Chamberlin Group has been handling all of my tax issues for over a decade. As time passed and I moved from filing the long form to the short form I was thrilled that my tax preparer asked relevant questions. He was able to advise me on tax law I had no knowledge of which decreases the amount I pay and increases my refund. I really appreciate the thoroughness and care I receive from the entire staff.

Have used The Chamberlin Group for over 5/years. My taxes are done in a timely manner. I get explanations from the tax preparer if I have to pay or do I get money back. They take the stress out of getting your taxes done. Everyone is very helpful. Price is reasonable.

My father is unable to take care of his taxes any longer.
I found this out in late March so time was short.
I looked at his taxes last year and noticed the Chamberlin Group had been doing his taxes.
My father had lost some of the documents so after collecting the lost documents and having a family member dropping off the tax documents to the Chamberlin Group they went right to work on his taxes.
The Chamberlin Group had to inform me that there were 2 pieces of additional information needed. They clearly explained what I needed to get them and I was able to get that information to them this morning 4/7/2022 and they finished my fathers taxes today, 4/7/2022.
I am grateful to the Chamberlin group was able to finish before filing time.

I sat in on a Zoom meeting where Don Chamberlin introduced us to his company's services in estate planning. The meeting included a free estate planning session. I made an appointment even though I really don't have any kind of estate to leave to anyone. He was nice enough to give me some pointers re: a lands trust & transfer on death for my bank account & car. He seems to be a person who comes from the heart & truly provides "service" -- something some what rare in this day & age. I highly recommend him!

I almost made the serious mistake of moving to this service from Vanguard. While the team at Chamberlain was thorough on reviewing my existing financial position, as fiduciaries their recommendations came back to moving over half my investments to an annuity. Annuities are very expensive and generate a huge bonus for the firm and fiduciary but they don’t tell you that. It also traps you into a their investment vehicle with so many technical twists and turns to prevent you from getting your initial investment back without maintenance, backend fees and penalties. At Vanguard it’s simple fees are zero for self managed or super low and their Philosophy is simple-No fees when ever and where ever possible. That’s why they are the top 2 in the World. So think carefully when dealing with fiduciaries, as their goal is to keep their jobs, make as much money and if you’re collateral damage oh well too late.
