I have never liked working out. I was so scared to join FXB and be a 10-weeker. However I have NEVER felt judged, and the people here are so accepting and nice. I signed up to be a fit member and I hope to continue to see positive changes in myself.

The ten week program is a great experience. Everyone there is encouraging a positive, teaching and cheering you on. Who knew you could kick box? It's a lot fun actually, but, those 50 minutes they push you. But you feel so good when you've accomplished your goals.
