I came in Monday to get my windshield wipers replaced. The store manager, Miss June? I can’t really remember her name but she was the store manager. She was so sweet and friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great buying experience 10/10

I was at Autozone in Fairview Heights today and the young lady Keanna helped me out with my car. She was so sweet, polite & very patient. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. These are The kind of people we need in this world, Great job young lady.

You know the one thing about AutoZone I don't like? I can't just go there and buy the one thing I actually need. I just stopped to get my daughter a rear wiper blade for her Pontiac vibe, but as usual I left with air fresheners, fuel system cleaner and microfiber cloths for my buffer. And then I saw a pink furry steering wheel cover that she asked about some time ago and I finally thought I'd surprise her with it

I run a small auto repair shop in fairview. I'm leaving this review so hopefully upper management sees this and can reward John Anderson for his commercial service. He is always prompt and organized. If there is ever an issue with product stock or location he calls me asap. Always gives me an ETA and always meets or exceeds it.

Wow!!!! John is amazing! A couple of friends of mine said John is the man to go to for parts. So, I came up to his store and he was just wonderful. Not only did he get me my parts but he installed them and stayed after his shift to make sure I was good to go. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. He doesn’t just install the parts he made sure I was aware of all that he was doing so the next time I knew what to look for and how to do it if no one was available. I hope you know what an asset he is to autozone!

I just came from Fairview Heights IL Auto Zone because I had trouble with my car not starting and I figured it was the starter or battery. They checked and it was the battery. Let me tell you Ian and his friend Kevin worked on my battery for at least an hour. The negative terminal was so corroded (both commented they have never seen anything like it before) they could not get the terminal off. They went so above and beyond for this Ole gal that I had to write a review which I don't normally do to say THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! You guys were absolutely amazing and I highly suggest you patronize this store!!

Also shoutout to Becky who manned the store while they worked on replacing my battery!

Every time i go there they always have what i need. The woman behind the Counter Sadie is absolutely incredible. Super attentive great attention to detail. Outstanding with customers. She is a manager for a reason and i see why. Every time she goes above and beyond for all of her customers. I cant say enough good things about this store.

About 3 weeks ago my battery died on my Toyota Tacoma so I jumped it and went to AutoZone right when it opened. Andrew, the store manager, helped me out immediately. He tested my old battery to confirm it was actually no good, removed it, put the new battery in and ensured all was good before I drove off. He also sprayed down the battery retaining hardware to make sure it didn't snap when loosening. Excellent customer service and definitely will return whenever I need autoparts or help with an issue. I had back surgery recently and can't lift anything heavy. I asked if they could change my car battery for me and they did a remarkable job with installation. Ryan, the sales manager, was super helpful and even fixed my hood latch for me. Thank you so much!!!

I needed a new brake light and the worker came out in 100 degree weather and put it in for me. It was not coming out easy, but he kept trying things until he got it. I was so grateful. That's what you call great customer service!!!

Quick professional help with parts.
I tried finding an oil filler cap online. It is a Honda and the cap is threaded.
Alas Amazon tried to sell me a bayonet style. So not only do I have to wait for it, it won't fit when it gets here. In contrast and in person, these guys sold me the perfect fit.
