Always a pleasure going to the waterloo clinic!

I am a breast cancer patient and have been working for the last year with the doctors of Watertown Med. Center. Everyone I have been working with including the Johnson Creek Cancer Center have been absolutely wonderful. They have all walked me through my journey step by step. Making sure they give me all the information so I can and they can help me make good choices. I never felt like just another patient.. I was always listened to... Questions always answered even calling me after hours. Always getting back to me before the end of the day. I really consider myself very lucky to have these professionals close to me and recommend the Watertown Regional Medical Center and the Johnson Creek Cancer Center.

Why would you respond after 4 years?
I left the Waterloo clinic.
After Dr. Roy left it went downhill.
Wouldn't recommend it

Staff is always polite and helpful. I just went in for bloodwork. Nurse was very professional

Here, you will feel like a person! Your health and concerns are addressed. I value the care I get here, because I feel of value, treated with respect, dignity, and individuality! We have been with this clinic over 25 years, and love the people!

The entire staff, including Roy Marsden, are terrific. They take the time to listen, positively interact with me, offer grounded, sensible advice and; therefore, show just how much my health truly matters to them. I only wish I could rate them higher.

I've been coming here since 2014..great place to be if you want quality service and doctors who actually listen to you. Dr. Marsden is very compassionate about all he does.
