Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Grand Rapids

I had a kitchen sink blockage that a competitor couldn't solve. I called Mr. Rooter at 3:30p and they sent Brandon and Charley over promptly (no service call charge!). I told Brandon that someone already tried cabling the drain to no avail, he replied that he was confident he could do it.
It took them a few tries, but they broke the blockage and my drain works again! I'm very grateful for their professionalism, their personable interactions, and their dedication to their craft. They literally saved me hundreds on extra work their competitor quoted me to complete the job when they couldn't get it the first time!

We noticed we had a gas leak contacted DTE. Once we confirmed with DTE, we called Mr. Rooter Plumbing and within 24 hours the problem was fixed over springbreak. Extremely grateful with the wonderful work that they did. Very clean, and friendly customer service. 100% would recommend for any job.

These guys do great work and even better customer service. Got my bathroom plumbing fixed up faster than anybody else could at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them if you are in need of fast, reliable service!

Had an awful septic issue on 12/22 w a big party planned for 12/23. The franchise owner himself came out to take care of it at 7 PM on 12/22. He did a great, very professional job. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

We received a text message with a photo before our professional arrived, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I have had professionals out before that charged much more than Mr. Rooter and spent much of their time replying to text messages .... in short. I will call Mr. Rooter for all of our plumbing needs and I will recommend unconditionally that you should give them a call. Finding professional help with maintenance in our homes these days has become hit & miss; that will not occur with this service.

I had an urgent plumbing issue, googled plumber reviews and choose Mr Rooter with my fingers crossed. The coordinator Ashley was professional and helpful. She fit me in the next morning and kept me up to date until the technician arrived. Early. The service tech Jay was experienced and knowledgeable and able to access the problem quickly. It took a few hours to resolve with a parts run and my addition of a faucet replacement to completely resolve all issues. Throughout all Jay was positively professional and polite. Friendly, helpful, patient. He actually went above and beyond what I had expected. When he was done cleaning up you couldn’t tell he had been there. The cost was competitively priced and reasonable. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Mr Rooter and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Mr. Rooter was very prompt in responding to our request for service and the tech was early to the appointment. Their communication and reminders were clear and timely.

Jay H. was understanding and helpful. He explained the process and showed us the issue using a pipe camera (we had roots blocking the line) then provided us with all of the images for our records.

We had Mr Rooter come out to look at a leak that was coming out of our main garbage disposal. They were the only company that we called that was able to come in and look the next day, with a new baby at home we needed to be able to use our sink as quickly as possible. Jay was able to quickly assess the situation and work through the problem quickly. He was professional and was able to fix the problem quickly. We will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Austin and Drew were both very professional and helpful during their visits. We called on a Friday morning and they were able to come address our problem the same day. Austin was unable to locate the issue using his equipment but was very helpful and honest regarding our options. Drew then came with more sophisticated equipment and was very helpful explaining what he was doing and any concerns that he had while performing our sewer line cleanout. He was also able to address a clog in a separate drain that we were experiencing and gave us good recommendations to prevent an issue like this from re-occurring. I appreciated their knowledge regarding the issues and they were not pushy with any other services. I felt the prices were reasonable for what was performed. I would use Mr. Rooter again for any future plumbing issues in our home.

I had a pipe burst in my house in the early morning hours of Christmas Eve, and Mr. Rooter was the only company I contacted who got back to me. The dispatcher I talked to was unbelievably kind and helpful, and Neil, the Professional who came to fix my house house was fantastic. A true Professional who took the job seriously, explained everything to me along the way, and answered my dumb questions as well. Cannot recommend Neil and Mr. Rooter enough. Very, very thankful for them, and incredibly impressed with all the work he did!

Fast, professional, and thorough. It's not a very fun job to do but they did a great job, and for a fair price.

So grateful for Mr.Rooters! Service professor wouldn’t have came for a whole week & were pretty expensive. Me.Rooters came the next day for a fraction of the price! Dakota Latchaw came out and went above and beyond fixing our drains. He did an amazing job!

Mr. Rooter techs (Mark and Austin) were excellent, responsive, professional, and solved our leaking pipe to our upstairs sink in one visit. They arrived fast after we called and diagnosed the problem quickly. Mark was so knowledgeable and willing to help us. The problem we thought we had was much less than anticipated and they were able to cleanly cut in and repair the pipes and install new valves where we needed. The cost was also very reasonable, and they did not try to upsell or rip us off. They provided tips and ideas for the future for preventative maintenance and were very understanding. We are so happy with the service and will turn to Mr. Rooter for future needs and emergencies.
