What a great time at the ballpark! 1st time at this venue and I am amazed at the following. Parking was a breeze great traffic control to keep things moving. Highly recommend purchasing parking lot tickets online. Staff at Guaranteed Rate Field our proactive. Being our first time we looked lost, but, an employee came and asked us if he could help us. Great customer service. Venue was clean, easy to navigate and family friendly. Guarantee Rate Field is a guarantee fun time.

Attending events in the box suite at this venue is always a highlight for me. The spacious and well-appointed suite offers a comfortable and luxurious setting, providing ample room to relax and enjoy the event with friends and family. With each visit, I find myself appreciating the thoughtful attention to detail and the continuous efforts to enhance the guest experience.

One aspect that stands out is the diverse selection of food options available in the suite. Over the times I've been there, I've noticed a consistent effort to introduce new and exciting menu items, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. As a vegetarian, I'm particularly pleased to see the ongoing addition of vegetarian options, ensuring that all guests can indulge in delicious fare that suits their dietary choices.

The inclusion of more vegetarian options not only reflects a commitment to inclusivity but also elevates the overall game-watching experience. Being able to enjoy a variety of tasty dishes while cheering on my favorite team adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the event, making it truly memorable.

Furthermore, the attentive and friendly service provided by the servers further enhances the experience. Their warmth and professionalism contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of the suite, making guests feel valued and well taken care of throughout the event.

And of course, who could forget the delightful dessert cart? A sweet finale to an already fantastic experience, the dessert cart offers a tempting selection of treats that never fail to satisfy my sweet tooth. Overall, my time in the box suite is always a pleasure, and I look forward to many more memorable experiences in the future.

Not a fan of any team. Not even familiar with baseball. But I had fun here with my wife~ Great view of the city too!

Only downside was there was a shooting after the game… yeah you know, it’s south side of Chicago…

A great place to bring the kids for a low cost seat. They even have a stand in center field that prints out a certificate for their first baseball game which I thought was awesome! Food and beverages still expensive as always but that's expected. Food was good and the bullpen catcher threw my daughter a ball which was awesome!

Very nice park. 35th and Sox train on the red line is a dedicated stop to the stadium. Good food and a lot of vendors in the stadium. Make sure to go up to the higher concourse because they have planned out views of the city

Very nice, clean field. Prepaid for parking and followed the signs to our lot. It was fun to see some tailgaters. Moved us through security efficiently. We had great seats in the upper deck.

We had a blast at my son's first game! He got a free certificate & a button. We got close parking. Clean stadium. Plenty of snack options. Short lines. Good times!

Just spent an enjoyable afternoon here with my son and two granddaughters. ⚾🏏 Pity about the result, they tried hard to win, but it was a close game. 👍 Better luck next time!! 🤞
The kids love visiting the "Kids' area," trying out their batting skills and meeting Southpaw, the mascot. The hotdogs were really tasty. A great day out 👏👏👏👌

This was my first viewing of a baseball game in USA. Sadly the White Sox lost, but the home crowd here are some of the best that I have ever seen. This stadium is maintained very well. Various shops to buy food and drinks though at a higher than usual price. There are also official merchandise store that I couldn’t visit today but I am definitely coming back to support White Sox for their future games.

We enjoy going to see the White Sox play, it’s a great stadium and food is excellent. It’s much more affordable than Wrigley. You can get great cheap seats with a view of the skyline. The loaded Mac and cheese with brisket was really tasty. And my polish dog was great.

They often have days where they giveaway free swag, like jackets and bobble heads, these are populate and I would arrive early to get one!

On Tuesdays they do 5 dollar beers, hot dogs, burgers and a bunch of other deals.

Been a Sox fan since birth and remember Old Comiskey, when they built New Comiskey and this latest iteration of New Comiskey, aka Guarenteed Rate Field.

The stadium looks much nicer than when first built. The changing of color scheme is a great touch, fan areas are also nice and the choices of food and drink varies widely (good). Prices are what you expect for a ballpark, paid $5.74 for a basic hot dog and $7 for a 20oz bottle of Mountain Dew.

Parking is tight, ranging from $40 just down the street (hot dog place) to over $60. Bring cash for parking if you park in private parking. Lots of entertainment on the street, too. Unlike games from years back, the surrounding neighborhood feels pretty safe. Metra station is a short walk away, maybe two blocks.

Not a bad seat in the house. The upper deck is a bit steep and can be pretty far away from the field. Lots of interactive things going on between innings. Tickets can be had at the box office, Sox website or third party vendors. Beware: prices you see for tickers fo NOT include handling/processing fees. Our two $55 tickets came out to $150 after fees. Seats are as cheap as $5 (upper deck) but up to $400 (behind home plate) a seat, just depends on what you're willing to pay and sit.

Overall, enjoyed the visit. Have not been in probably 10 years so it was nice to go back. Recommend catching a game here. Great views of downtown, too!

It's a great place to see a ball game. The food it excellent, the drinks are good and the bathrooms are very clean. There is a lot of security around from when you walk through the doors, and while you're in the stands. If you want the really good nachos, find the ones they fill with all the toppings in the baseball hard hats. There is a variety of food at all price ranges. You can't go to the ballpark without having hotdogs. They have Chicago-style dogs and footlong dogs. Their new sandwiches look delicious this year, as does the campfire shake, I saw several hundred people with those. Garrett's popcorn is there, too. You can get fresh cheese & caramel mixed to your liking or pick it up in ready-made bags. The whole stadium does not take cash once you're inside, so be prepared to have a credit or debit card on hand. I really like this as I didn't have to worry about fumbling through my bag to pay every time I wanted something to eat or drink. It was easy to get in and out of the stadium as the security is so organized. It's a great place for kids and adults. It's a bonus when you visit on a " giveaway " day. We've gone the last several years when they gave away the hockey jerseys. Who doesn't love a combination of Chicago sports.

First time at this stadium, season opener for the White Sox. Me and my boyfriend had fun, stadium was pretty clean (since it was not busy and opening season). I do wish the gift shop options were cheaper, or that they offered hand warmers for the colder weather, but they had hot chocolate for sale. Regardless had fun at my first White Sox Game! ❤

Was skeptical when we got nose bleed tickets behind home plate. View was fantastic! We got the 20 dollar a person family package. With that we received a good stadium hot dog, 20 Oz bottled pop, and a bag of chips for each person. It was also free hooded sweatshirt day! I feels like this is the most economical family trip we have ever been on. All in all, stadium is beautiful and the digitized exploding scoreboard is something to see all in itself .

It's April 2024 and we decided to go to Guaranteed Rate Field the first time. We went to two games.

I don't know why the Chicago White Sox want a new ballpark, this is great place. (If the White Sox executives are reading this, I would fully support you bringing the team to Indianapolis. I would be a fan for life. Unless you’re playing the Cubs!)

The concessions in my opinion might be better than any MLB ballpark I've been in! The food that I've had was great quality. Hot dogs, polish sausage, and buns were fresh, the Cuban sandwich was full of fresh meat and hot pressed, the nachos with cheese and jalapenos were also great, and there were coke products. I hate Pepsi!

The park is clean and very accessable for people with disabilities. All the employees were kind. (Many seem to be young people under 25). Parking is right outside the entrance and there's plenty of handicap parking right next to the stadium. Handicap parking is lot B, next to gate 5, which takes you up an escalator and right into the ballpark.

I noticed that employees asked an elderly lady if she'd like a wheelchair and that person pushed her to get to the Sox store and also to her seat. Impressive.

This stadium and the Southside team just needs a winning team and they can revive the fan base. It's a great place to see a ballgame! doesn’t seem to be a bad seat in the house!

But I'm a Chicago Cubs fan. Only a Sox fan if they are doing well or not playing the Cubs. But it's my son's team now, so I guess we will be going more often.

At least it's much cheaper than going to a Cubs game, and that's a good thing.

No complaints here. Easy navigation to parking area and to our seats. First time going to a baseball game most definitely won’t be my last. Sox won ☺

Had a great experience with the tigers White Sox for opening season. Even though I originally moved to Chicago, I came from Detroit.

Even when the Sox are bad it's still fun to go to the game! More convenient because I live on the Southside. Always great food and atmosphere.
