Small but nice bus stop

Exelent service very clean buses, great job....

Took bus from Brownsville to Dallas, great friendly services,good, courteous driving, right on time, drivers with good sense of humor restaurant on stations nice and delicious food, free coffee , I recommend this bus line,will ride again.

Super small spot but the service is hella great and they don’t make u wait long at all! Love this bus company!

I caught the bus out of Chicago, IL I was the only African American on the bus at 4 pm on 3-18-2022 on my way to LaredoTx, when I tell you everyone treated me wonderful from the passengers to the bus driver to customer service at every stop this was better than Greyhound, I couldn’t speak any Spanish but everyone tried to help me understand everything my drivers (which there is 2 on the bus one sleeps while one drives and vice versa) talked in Spanish then came to me and explained to me how long breaks were and where we were stopping keep up the great work Tornado bus, you guys are worth every dime I spent I don’t mind spending my money on great service like there’s, even the young lady that did my ticket over the phone was great. Diana De La Rosa Lujan thank you for explaining what to expect!!! This company will definitely get my business thanks to everyone I came in contact with at Tornado bus you guys rock!!!!!!! My drivers were super nice!!!!!!!

Great Bus drivers & they do ask you to help & let bus riders know that it's time to get on the bus , when we has rest stops , & very helpful with your travel suitcases , & check in time personal very helpful , bus was not crowded until Memphis & Texas . Whennits hot seasons , please bring a jacket & blanket & a pillow

Half of trip the bus phone chargers did not work..but here in Chicago got fixed and my trip continues normally..Thank You Tornado for takin care of the issue...

Never used this only went to places near here but it came up in my review. Everyone seems happy coming off their long bus rides!!

They always had open seats Every time u need to get out and go asap well MAYYBEE atleast one day wait tops.

Keep up the good work smooth ride to el paso... Was not bad, alot of people told me they were bad but they were fair and the drivers professional.

They were very nice an polite. And explained ever think well. And drove safely.

Both of these were very helpful and explained the details of this trip where I'm exactly to go (all in English as I'm American)
