Great customer service. Nice group of people to work with. I used them after I totaled my car. They got me in a car right away at a moment's notice towards closing time and worked great with my insurance company. I will definitely be using them when I need a rental.

Hertz at this location is great. It was fast and very professional. Ask for Jake! He had me in a nice car for my long trip to Jacksonville, FL. I drove 15hrs to and from Florida in a Hertz vehicle with out and hick ups. While on the road I had every confidence in the rental because I notice Hertz had a routine maintenance sticker on the windshield.

great personalized service at Peoria (Pioneer Parkway) store!! got just the right mini van and it performed well. plus price was pretty good. and very easy to check in at the Sanibel FL hertz store! very slick!

Tends to have only 1 employee there at a time, so call ahead if you can, or ask for someone to give you a call back rather than putting you on hold. I've never had an issue and I've always gotten what I need in good time.

Although my BBF had to rent a loaner vehicle from hertz yesterday because she was rear ended by a drunk driver who was apprended by the pekin police and was given a BREATHALYZER test and blew twice the normal limit and had 2 UNDER AGE TEENAGERS IN the vehicle at the time plus this man was also a habitual drunk driver so no going to jail for him, this time he will get prison time and go away for a very very long time.
