Family vacation could not have been any better! We love the resort and the room was awesome. We enjoyed the view of the lake and the fact that it was so close to Holiday World and Lincoln State Park. Great day at both places and nice to know to have and nice place to call home even if its only for a couple of nights! We will absolutely return. Again, We loved our stay!

We stayed at Lincoln Pines Lakefront Resort on a recent trip to Holiday World. The cabin was clean, staff was friendly, and we loved the peaceful and relaxing environment, especially after a day at the park. We were in cabin 7, "Stovepipe", so we could sit on the swing and watch the kids play on the playground, or easily walk across the rock road to do a little fishing in one of the lakes. We received some fish food upon checking in, and the kids loved being able to feed the fish. While we did not make it to the pool, we did go to the game room. Two of the games were broke, but the kids still enjoyed themselves. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful pond with lights and fountain at night, everyone is so nice there that I came across. Fishing is CATCH AND RELEASE. They do have poles to rent, but they might want to bring your own, not sure the pricing.cabins are nice, I am just not a fan of the sky light window up top cause I like to sleep in, or at least try haha. But everything was beautiful.

Our first night here and we are loving it so far! Quaint little pizza place just a hop skip and jump from our front door. Maybe 10 minutes from Holiday World, the location is ideal! Furnishings are modern and cozy. We're already planning our next trip! Fishing, swimming pool, multiple playgrounds, hammocks, and fire pit. This city girl is seriously considering the simple life after this mini-vacation. 😁

Nice place close to Holiday World. Our cottage was clean, the grounds were well kept. The staff was accommodating. It was a peaceful getaway close by everything we planned to go to for this part of our vacation. Also had a cool little historic cabin on the grounds to explore.

Enjoyed our 4-night stay in December. Although this is their off-season, we were taken care of well. The staff promptly replied to any questions. We have loved our stays at Santa's Cottages (which are very similar), but may like newer Lincoln Pines a bit better. LOVE the 1 1/2 baths in the one-bedroom cottage. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend.

My wife and two kids stayed in cabin one for two nights. Perfect amount of space. The kids loved the pool and fishing. We went to holiday world both days also. The cabin was very clean, and they have cable TV. There was basic cooking tools with some pots and pans. We didn't have enough time in the day to play in the arcade, but it looked cool. Overall great stay!

We recently stayed here one night on a last minute trip to Holiday World. We were pleasantly surprised and plan to return. Check in was easy, the cabin was clean and had everything we needed (we paid for linen package to have towels and sheets, but it also had plates, cups, shampoo, soap etc). There were some cobwebs in the corners when the sun was shining in bright through the patio door, but that's how my house is is too so no worries from me. Seemed much cleaner than a hotel room for sure. My young daughters absolutely loved the murphy bed and thought it was so cool to sleep on. They also got a complimentary bucket of fish food for the fish in the pond out behind our cabin which was one of their favorite parts. The playground was nice too. I wish we would've had more time in the cabin so I think we'll definitely do two nights next time.

Amazing for a quiet getaway. Kids enjoyed fishing at all hours, space for football game, basketball court. Close to convenience stores, dining, State Park and a National Memorial. I enjoyed coffee on patio overlooking lake and feeding the fish. Very relaxing. This is our second visit and I believe we will be back!

My husband and I stayed in cabin #1 (Log Cabin) for a quick Spring Break get-away and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The cabin was clean and just the right size for both of us to have enough space. You can't beat the property's location and proximity to the Abraham Lincoln historical parks and Holiday World. Karin and her staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and highly recommend this resort.

We held our annual family reunion here for the first time this year. After having this reunion in a State Park with log cabins for several years, everyone decided it was time for a change and did we pick a great place. Some of the families with children who came a distance would go to Holiday World for one day only due to the drive afterward to the state park. At this location, they were able to go on 5 different days. The cabins are awesome and the family who has Lincoln Pines could not be more friendly and accommodating. They do not live on site but are there early and stay late. They also leave a phone number that you can text at any time if you need something. There is a great pool with a splashpad, ponds to fish from, bridges over the ponds to view the wildlife from, and plenty of places to walk. There is a laundry if you happen to need that as well as a game room for kids and adults. The cabins have everything you need and if you take the laundry package (which we definitely recommend) you only need to pack some clothes, food, and drink. They have a basketball court, a shuffleboard court, and corn hole boards near the office. Also, a few old log buildings (of which Abe slept in one) on the sit to visit. There is also a shelter for gatherings. The cabins are very well maintained and clean with satellite television. This is a great place to stay for any occasion but is super for those going to Holiday World or visiting the Lincoln Heritage sites.

We were 5 minutes from Santa Claus for anything that we needed from groceries to hardware to clothes. We were 5 minutes from Lincoln State Park where there are plenty of places to ride bikes and trails to hike as well as a lake for boating in rental canoes or small boars. Also, Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial is 5 minutes away with plenty to see as well as plenty of trails to walk on.

We absolutely loved staying here during our two day trip to Holiday World! The cabin was so nice, and spacious! The cabin and property are full of lot's of free amenities including a fire pits (you pay for the wood), charcoal grill, a nice sized pool, ponds for fishing, playgrounds, basketball and volleyball ball courts! Staying here was much nicer than hotel we've used the area in the past. We will definitely be coming back for our annual Holiday World trips!

Adorable! I love this resort. The cottages are adorable. They are so clean and comfortable. A great place to just to get away and unwind from day to day stress. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. I very much enjoyed the complementary fish food to feed the fish. So fun! It is located right of Highway 231. Very easy to find and very close to Lincoln State Park the boyhood home of Abraham Lincoln. A great place to learn about Abraham and take a nice hike around the lake and climb the Fire Tower. I highly recommend. I will definitely return! Thank you Lincoln Pines Resort!

I hardly if ever give reviews but this place is to great to not let everyone know about. Very clean, great customer service. It is the perfect place to stay for families or a couple get away. The cabin had everything we needed, it was very very clean. The fishing pond was great, fire pits, play ground, pool all within walking distance. The grandkids loved it!! Had more fun here then “Holiday World” they are 5 and 8 they asked if we can go back and skip holiday world... the staff are very friendly. A great weekend. We stayed in Cabin 6 “ Whig”. The prices are very reasonable for everything and for the great memories. Early morning deer come out and late at night you can listen to the owls with a fire... if I could give 10 stars I would.

Wow! Our stay was wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cabin was well kept and most of all the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the swing on the porch in the afternoon and the campfire at night. Our family cannot wait to return again this fall.

This place is BEAUTIFUL!! If you are looking for a great stay and very friendly staff... this is your place. Keep your fishing poles at home... they have you covered here!! This was my first time there and they gained a forever customer. My family loved it. The pool, fishing, and the cabin. The cabins are super clean as well. We will be here yearly.

My family and I were planning a trip to Holiday World. We were looking for hotels and different places to stay. We came across this resort online and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad we decided to stay there. The cabins are far better than any hotel stay could ever be. Four of us stayed in the 1 bedroom. It was plenty big enough and even has 1.5 bathrooms. We had everything we needed for our stay and the people that own and run the place are very nice and treat you like family. These cabins are super clean and it is quiet and peaceful and relaxing here. They are also very affordable. We played corn hole and had a campfire out back. The kids played basketball and tether ball. They went fishing and swimming. There is also an old cabin on the property where Abe Lincoln once slept. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this place and will tell my friends about it.

We highly recommend staying here! Everything was clean and in good condition. What stood out to us most was the thoughtful design that went into everything. Everything from fans in every room and on the outside porches, to the well stocked kitchen, to the complimentary fish food, to the nice activities to check out from the office. There was something for every age to do from the playgrounds, basketball court, arcade room, pool splash pad, fishing pond, to the walking trails. It was just all around a wonderful place!
