He’s gone above and beyond the normal expectations of amazing customer service!! thank you again Jake for helping us out and bringing us our SIM card out of the kindness of your heart knowing we don’t have normal transportation. Came in with my family needing to change from US Cellular to Verizon. Also change plans to indidual. Store was busy with one representative, John. He was professional and friendly. He easily floated between customers taking care of everyone. Excellent first experience.

Had to go to my local Verizon store to pay my bill because the my Verizon business app is not really working. Josh at the store was kind and understanding, helped me get my bill paid. So, I am giving him five stars, but not Verizon itself.
