Mago’s is a great place to get a haircut! The location is awesome, right in the heart of downtown Riverside and the vibes are awesome. It really feels like a great small business for the local community! I love the atmosphere and Carlos does an incredible job with my hair each and every time! He’s detailed and consistent, I love the look every time I walk out of the barbershop.

Carlos Cantu is a gem... I have never ever had a finer haircut... everyone says "your hair cut looks nice"... facts... thank you Dr. Cantu!

Not your fathers barbershop! I've never seen such attention to detail to make your cut just right. Really amazing to see them work and all the different haircuts they provide for their clients. Thought I was too old for this place but they are so welcoming. Great group of people.

First time I have used this barber, and I can honestly say it was a great experience. Salena did such a great job with my hair cut I just couldn’t be happier. Have received many complements from friends family and strangers the same day I left. I will certainly be coming back and making Mago’s my regular place and Salena my regular Barber. Thank you for having great kind staff that are easy to talk to and a clean cool shop to be at.

Mago’s Barbershop is the best barbershop I've been to. Great, clean cuts, you are definitely paying for the high quality haircut. The atmosphere has a young, trendy look that makes it feel welcoming and inviting. You can tell that between the barbers there is good chemistry because of the humor and personal stories they all share making the place friendliness. Mago has been my son’s barber for almost a year, and he is truly the best. He stands out from all the other people who have cut my sons hair. We followed him from his old shop to this one (which he owns), and even though it’s a bit further I wouldn’t want anyone else cutting my sons hair. He is definitely one of a kind!

Been going to MAGO for almost a year now and never disappoints when I’m getting haircuts especially for big events. Kick-back environment, and Mago makes sure you feel right at home. 10/10 recommend this shop. 10/10 neighborhood.

So I kept hearing good things about this place and decided to take a chance and now I'm pretty much hooked. I try and think of reasons to go in there and get a shave - even if I was just there the day before. If Mago could find a way to add alcohol and live ammunition there would be lines out the door!

Imagine going to the barber shop and feeling nervous or uncomfortable. Maybe the barber messed up on the top or he didn’t line you up right, well not at magos styling cave. You will leave here feeling fresher than a baby. Looking sharper than a knife and most importantly feeling and looking like a god.
