Not short staffed! Easy to find assistance. Fantastic variety of quality stock, well displayed.

Had a tour stop event at this store. Worked with Brad Paradis and had one of our most successful and enjoyable events. They have a ton of products inside with a grand plant & garden section outside. ShotOut to Ashley for her grilling duties and pleasant attitude.

A little pricey Ace Hardware store but they have lots of unexpected delights there as well, such as Maine honey and other locally made products plus personal assistance galore. It is usually busy and I think it is because of the very helpful and patient staff.

Really nice. Was busy when I went in around 2, but they had 3 cashiers ringing. Very beautiful on the outside and in. Friendly staff greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Only problem was the aisles were a bit tight.

The staff is far more knowledgeable and better trained than your average hardware store.
There are a lot of older homes in the area. The people at Eldridge are far more familiar with the needs of locals than any other hardware store in the region.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Zeffi helped me and was extremely engaged in finding a answer and solution to my problem. I need shelving and she was able to find the perfect thing for me. Everyone else around were eager to help and were doing everything they could. It was a overall great team effort.

The selection of hardware is more than meets the eye. Excellent assistance was offered & percise. Better quality than I found at the big "box store".

The help is fantastic and they are everywhere. This is my favorite store ANYWHERE. You won't be disappointed with Eldredge. I never have been in over 40 years. Although the posting says I wrote the above comments a month ago it was actually more than two years ago. Nothing has changed. It still my favorite store anywhere. They get better with age.

Did a big siding order and house rehab with these guys. They are very good at details, delivery, and support. The hardware selection is better than home depot. Higher quality stuff, and still the base stuff. Just a nice place to do business.

They've definitely got that thing you need. Also nice normal staff. And a buyer with a good eye in home goods, too.

I was in charge of a holiday project for work, and was searching for 70 Igloo brand coolers in NOVEMBER~ Susan Engel, not only tracked down all 70, she got them to me extremely fast, and also discovered a defective one before they were delivered to me and corrected the problem ASAP.
