Juan G us amazing and informative. My wife and I had an excellent experience for our first time at Inovasi. The cocktails and food are made with care, delivering delicious experiences that have the customer coming back for more. Highly recommend visiting Inovasi when Juan is working the floor. An experience that will make you raise your expectations. The flavor combinations are very interesting and everything is extremely fresh. The restaurant uses local food sourcing

First off our server, Juan Carlos could not have been more attentive, descriptive, or helpful. He was great. Secondly, the food is fantastic. As usual we’ve been here many times continue to appreciate and enjoying it is truly a gem that we hope to come back to time and time again.

We’ve returned once more- excellent food. Our server Mario-professional, compassionate and awesome. Our meal and wine were fantastic. We’re always planning our return.

This place is absolutely incredible. Such a fun local spot and the food is magnificent - visited family who lives here and came here 3 times in 3 weeks because it was seriously just that good. The service is phenomenal- Lucia was always there when we needed her but we never felt rushed to finish! The flourless chocolate cake and any of the fish entrees are a must order!

I brought my mom here for lunch and everything was wonderful! We both have food allergies and they were very attentive and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. In addition to that, everything was delicious! We both got burgers, hers had bacon and mine was without bacon and both were amazing! The fries were also really good, crispy and well salted. I can't say enough good things about my visit. We'll definitely come back!

We had this fantastic dinner experience on Inovas. Big table for 8 outside and everyone had a great time. Juan Carlos was our server and traveling all around the world I can tell you that he is one of a few. Excellence without being pushy, all his suggestions for food and drinks were just perfect and made our evening just memorable. We will come back every time we are in town for sure. Thanks for an amazing restaurant with family as staff. 👍

No need to travel far. Excellent cuisine in lake bluff at Inovasi Went for a burger . Delicious Juan was our server. Very friendly attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed Full menu is available in addition to burger night on Monday

I’ve just had lunch at Inovasi. I’ve been here many times for dinner, loved it and wanted to go to a great place with a quieter atmosphere for my friend’s birthday. Our lunch from beginning to end was wonderful. Juan our server was attentive, our food was cooked perfectly, and we could hear each other talk! All great!

We absolutely love Inovasi- the food is consistently good and they have options for a more formal dining experience or more casual in the bar. Bar side is super family friendly. Prices are reasonable and service is wonderful. They are very flexible with requests which is great with a picky toddler.

We loved this place! I've been getting my hair done down the street for 10 years, but this was my first time here. We were looking for an upscale lunch in the area and I remembered this place. I ordered the grilled chicken breast which had roasted pumpkin and Farro. The chicken was so tender and delicious. They earn extra points for it being free range and organic. My husband had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich also delicious. Very happy with excellent service (Juan) and atmosphere in the dining area where we ate. Try the bread!

Do yourself a favor and get the weird dish you wouldn't normally eat instead of a burger and especially the dry as hell brisket sandwich. Lol will be back, but will not be ordering the brisket which is my fault really- I should've known better than to order BBQ from a place not known for it. Probably take that sandwich off the menu to be honest and blunt, the crispy onions on it made it even more dry.

This was 3rd visit in the last 6 months and it keeps getting better. The service from start to finish is AAA and you are treated like family.

I had the special New York strip which was cooked to perfection served with Brussel Sprouts and a mushroom gravy mix. With out a doubt fantastic and as good as their filet. My wife had the Salmon which is a nice portion and cooked perfectly. This all was followed by the cheesecake which was excellent. This restaurant is a place you should try to experience. Reservations are a must.

Our first time dining at Inovasi was incredible! We opted for the 6-course tasting menu. Everything was delicious, and our server Lucia was so kind and knowledgeable. She even gave us a special extra dessert to celebrate my pregnancy:) We can’t wait to come back.

Have been coming here since the beginning and it never disappoints. Today we are in the formal dining room but also love the bar menu. Chef John has continued to be creative and evolve ingredients and preparation while ensuring things actually taste good and stay on a theme. Great wine list.

Updated - another fantastic meal!! Juan Carlos explained all the tasting menu dishes to us and made sure we had a great night. Loved allthe dishes, especially the tuna, steak filet and salmon dishes

Love going to Inovasi. I recommend the tasting menu for a great tasting and varied dinner (with probably some food to take home for tomorrow to). 😀

This was our first visit to Inovasi. The food was very good. I had the proper fried rice. The vegetables they chose to go in it were very much to my taste. I dined with my mom, who let me try some of her steak tartare. We loved how onion-y the hewn bread was. We got a taste of the salted caramel ice cream, but our favorite was the espresso ice cream.
Our server, Juan G., was attentive. He answered every question we had and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted. The service was excellent.
The surrounding area was charming, with trees and a gazebo visible from our table. We ate inside, but I think outdoor seating is available.
We spent about twenty dollars per person, but we ordered very selectively.

A gem in Lake Bluff! A diverse but sophisticated menu that has something for everyone. All the ingredients are fresh and the service is incredible. My favorite place to eat when I’m visiting family in town!

Absolutely delighted to find this gem of a place. The food was unique but totally flavorful. Lots of accommodations for different dietary needs. Our server, Lucia, was particularly wonderful with her suggestions, friendliness, and jovial attitude. Even made sure we could go inside when it started to fet chilly. We came from out of town and happened on this place and legit might make the hour trek just to come here again. Go and try what your server suggests!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Inovasi. Lake County is so lucky to have such a unique and amazing restaurant. The food is outstanding! The menu always has new selections and dishes unlike anything I have ever had! Everything is fresh, from local farms, or grown in the rooftop garden! The crispy balsamic chicken is one of the best things I have ever ate! The bruschetta is heaven! The staff are efficient, kind and go above and beyond to make sure you have a nice meal. Inovasi will be always be a great place for date nights, family dinners, and even private events! Everyone that I have taken to Inovasi just raves about it and cant wait go back! Thank you Inovasi and Mr.B for such a truly special place!!

Wonderful place with great dishes, service, and location.

Inovasi is a great place to eat! You can really taste each element of the food within each bite. Our group had a combination of burgers, salad, soup, and steak, and each was incredible. The pumpkin cheesecake was the best way to end the meal!
