I absolutely love this place. Very helpful and caring. They help soo much as far as reminding me of refills needed and even calling for me. They mail and deliver when I am unable to come in. Just an overall amazing crew of people that work there. Definitely recommend this pharmacy

I was new in town and looking for a locally run pharmacy - and Ypsilanti Family Pharmacy really came through. They were fast, kind, and VERY helpful. I feel really taken care of here!

The staff here is extremely friendly and caring. I don't know what pharmacist the previos person was referring too but the oharmacist I see daily is a wonderful and professional person. I would refer anyone to this pharmacy.

Update: I wrote a bad review before & want to make sure I update everyone that Ypsilanti Family Pharmacy has come through. A few hiccups at first but now (10/1/20) they r working out better than many pharmacies I’ve used in the past
DON’T HESITATE TO TRY YPSILANTI FAMILY PHARMACY
just switched to this pharm. An important script was called in Fri. I thought it wud b avail sat 4 pick up or delivery. Nope. THEYRE CLOSED ALL WEEKEND & I’m screwed. Have to go to urgent care to get another script to take elsewhere. WARNING TO ANY OTHER PEOPLE EHO DEPEND OM PHARMACIES BEING OPEN ON WEEKENDS. THEYRE HRS DURING WEEK ARE SHORT ALSO 😣

Don't like their service at all. Very rude pharmacist. I even wanted to transfer out all my medications to a different pharmacy but this pharmacist was so reluctant to transfer. I had to call and tell them so many times to transfer out before they finally did. What a load of **** I had to go through. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.
