Great place to visit. I could look out the patio door, and the sun coming thru is great, unless its 90° outside.

Sun Hones has taken over Pine View and I cannot say enough good things. I have been here for 6 months now. I'm very impressed with management. They are the best in the area. This is the best place to live in the area. I'm so happy to call this place my home. From the clean pool to the updated park. Brand spankin new homes. Don't get an apartment or a condo. I'd say this is better then a traditional home. For the money it's worth it to have your privacy.

They are amazing and so helpful. I worked with Becky and she was incredible with the whole moving process.

I have lived in pineview for along time. The new owners have put in a nice playground and fixed up the place. I also get good customer service from the team at the front office. I love my neighbors we look out for one another and if ive had issues they have be resolved in a timely manner! So if your looking to move into a nice home i would always recommend pineview. Plus theres a pool and thats a added perk!

We recently went from leasing to owning our home & I want to say Tammi L. Was so great to work with very helpful always there for us when we had questions etc. & When there was an issue she took care of it! She went above and beyond!! Tammi is so genuine, helpful & friendly! It's people like her that make it a pleasure to live here! Also like to give a shout out to Becky for being very helpful as well! Thanks to both of you ladies!

One of the more expensive parks I’ve lived in but also the best park! There is no lack of communication between us and the front office. They are always very responsive and answer my questions immediately! Maintenance is also always very responsive, they’re usually here within an hour at most after we call them. We’re very happy here!

Tammy is extremely helpful and friendly. We needed bigger space as I was due with a new baby and she made sure to get us in a beautiful home just in time before the baby was due. We couldn’t be any happier! Definitely recommend speaking with her, she will get you taken care of.

Great place to live! Good maitence & people in the office. Highly recommend.. I'm not sure why there are negative comments.. Ive never had/seen trouble.. The park looks way nicer than any other park I've ever seen.. They take care of you here.

So I moved in from utah may 15th with no central air my family was still in utah and I was super upset and worried at the same time that I would get back to this hot muggy Michigan summer with the family and no A/C but low and behold we pulled in this Saturday to a super cold home thank you so much pine view staff and maintenance crew for getting us together we truly appreciate it thanks again

These is my second time renting from them. Once in an apartment and now in the park. I love it here they have always been helpful and this is the only park I considered moving to in Genesee County. I recommend this place all the time.

They are very helpful Garrett and Liz are amazing. Chris sarley is so down to earth and is caring he will work with any one. Best place I ever lived. Recommend this to any one.

We have lived in Pineview for 20 years and we couldn't be happier. We have an active neighborhood watch group which since the watch was formed, police calls to the community have dropped 25%. We have a top notch security group that patrol the community and man guard shacks at the entrances. There was a time a few years ago where there were a couple small groups of youngsters trying to be gang want a be's. Management got rid of those groups by evicting the undesirables. Curfews keep underage youngsters from running the streets. We have Easter Egg Hunts, a car show and festival in August, a haunted hay ride for Halloween. I would encourage anyone to check out Pineview and see if you are interested in a great community. We feel safe here and enjoy being residents of Pineview.

Staff is super nice and helpful. Grounds and buildings are well maintained and clean. Safe and comfortable atmosphere. Nice place to call home. Security on duty day and night.

We really enjoy living here. Haven’t had any issues at all and have been here for a year and a half. New owners are really fixing things up.

I just passed by there today and I saw a sign that said they're under new ownership that might be good news for those who did not get along with the Jabron family who owned the entire town of Genesee Ville

Staff is amazing nd courteous nd always eager to plz.. seem reasonably priced homes nd very accommodating.. i would nd have recommended them to several ppl already.. looking to raise my kids there for hopefully 10 yrs..

I love living here but I hate the fact that when we take walks we almost get hit every time people speed through here like it’s a regular road If people can’t slow down there needs to be speed bumps installed
