AMAZING!!!! the gentleman was very helpful to my kids. Gave them awesome deals on the heroclix items they have been searching for.
He spent time helping them. Will for sure be visiting again.

The whole staff is very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I've been going since November of 2020 and my new favorite day of the week is Wednesday because of these guys and their shop! It is so easy to get caught up in conversations with Dwight, Curtis, and Helen. I usually spend at least an hour in there weekly. It is DEFINITELY the high spot of the week for me! Thanks to all the staff for keeping up on the AMAZING store. I look forward to seeing you guys and the kitties every week!

This is one of my favorite comic shops in town. They offer discounts when you purchase multiple books, and they'll hold new issues of books for you so you don't have to try to rush in around school and work schedules. They carry a lot of Indy and obscure comics, and they even have some mature content behind the counter for 18+.

Incredibly nice people, lots of stuff. Have great selection of new and old comics, always a deal. If they don’t have it they will offer to order it for you. They really go out of their way. It feels like a good family place. My kids love their store, and then play with their cats before we leave.

Wow. So many comics, SUCH great prices, very friendly, attentive and chatty workers, and the store is very clean, tidy, and organized.
The best place to buy comics. SO much better than Comic Relief. Definitely check it out. I would give 100/5, but it would not let me. And did I mention those adorable cats?

The owners are always friendly and there is always a large selection of new and old Comics to purchase. As well as a great system to reward you if you spend over a certain amount. Definitely the best comic store in Flint.

I went in here on Monday and they were closed. The owner was there waiting for a package and let my girlfriend and I browse for the new Venom series and a few other books that caught my interest.

I had no idea he was closed on Monday's but he didn't say anything until after we were ready to check out so how can I not give 5 stars for that?

This was the very first comic book store I ever went to when I was was kid back in 84 or 85 I think. I had just been given a copy of Swamp Thing #19 and Blue Devil #4 by my Uncle for a birthday gift and he saw how much I loved the comics so he looked in the phone book for comics and found the listing for Amazing. The next Saturday he picked me up and told me he was going to take me someplace I would love. I can't even describe the feeling of pure awe and exciting that ran thru me the moment I walked into Amazing Book Store the very first time.
I've been hooked on comics ever since and I'm still going to Amazing to get my comics to this very day.
I've gone on to become a published artist /inker in the comics industry having worked for Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, Image, Lionforge, IDW, Dynamite, Chaos!, Caliber, Malibu.. You name it, I've probably worked for them at some point and I feel like I owe my career to my Uncle and to Amazing Book Store for helping that spark inside me grow as a kid to want to enter this industry.

Been coming here for years for my comic subscriptions. Dwight and the rest of the staff are helpful and welcoming. They have a great selection of back issues and they are reasonably priced!

Very good selection. Prices were very reasonable. Owners could not have been more helpful or nicer. My son and I will be back.

My 9yr old was interested in comic books. So i found this store on google. He loved it. We will definitely go back. And fyi to parents with kids that like to read, this place fits any budget. We know how expensive book stores are

By far the coolest, and most laid back Comic store in the area. Ive had a pull box there for a couple of years and have had a few books in there prob since then and they've never once complained about it and when it filled all the way to the top the only thing they asked was that "when I get a chance if I could pull a couple of the old comics that I didnt want out they would put them away for me in order to make room for new books in my cubby" In ten years of collecting comics Ive never had an owner be so cool about be late picking up holds. Ive had them sell stuff for me and they only take a very small % for themselves and they will order stuff outside of what they normally carry and wont even ask you to put any money down, they just take you at your word. The best part is they offer up to 30% off new comics Every Week if you spend at least $40 (which I do :)) if you spend less you still get 10% to 20% off you dont have to join a club for that discount costing $$$$ never seen another store do that Ever! And BTW I dont work there either I just feel that they do way to much for me and their other customers to have crap talked about them on here when they never jack up their prices on new Comicsin order to make extra money off me or anybody else no matter how much hype is surrounding that comic!

It was fantastic to find out this place is still open after so many years. I stopped in and bought a few things to read and chatted with the staff that's always super friendly and super knowledgeable about all things nerdy

Love the place, great prices and friendly service. Best Local Comic Shop around. They carry new issues and back issues and everything is organized.

I always look forward to my trips here, whether it is to browse back issues or pick up my pull list books. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

I've been buying comics and other stuff for me and my kids from ABS for quite some time and the they are the best in my opinion F¥{k everybody else.
