Overstock Furniture And Mattress

I had no idea this store existed, but I'm so glad I found it. I just happened to be in Peoria that day and decided to check it out. I now have a new bed and sectional, both great deals. I believe Courtney was her name helped me out. She was awesome! Very down to earth and was just fun to be around in general.

Awesome place to deal with! Dana was very friendly and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and was never pushy about buying a mattress. Would highly recommend buying from here. Name brand mattress wrapped in plastic for extremely low prices.

Great curtious knowledgeable staff. Great UNBEATABLE pricing on mattresses & box spring and furniture. Nice named brand item for more than half the price. I've been there 3 times this month and might go back again!

Im so happy they are back!! We got two beds from them last year and recently went back to get a frame. Staff is wonderful ! We plan on buying another bed soon! Best deals I've found in Peoria !

Courtney helped tremendously, very courteous and personable with my fiance, daughter, and myself. I am in need of a way to contact the location in order to acquire measurements and schedule a pickup date and time.

You cant please everybody as I can see and sometime those are the one you never can.
I personally loved the store Overstock prices, name brand stuff for the low no comparison to some competitors like {American freight}. Can you guys add a number to website. Thanks enjoy!

Great stuff but lack of service. No delivery plans and hardly any solid black furniture. You need your own truck or rent one which is pretty bad for some people and some stock is limited. Your better off buying online or any other business. Should just name it Understock.

Limited products at the store...but very nice selection online.

This place was horrible. I actually thought I was gonna have good things to say till it came time for me to have my merchandise delivered! The manager told me the mover were reliable and good at what they do. no! They cancel on the day of the move. They show up with half of my stuff. Late on top of that. Came to store manger was very rude how he talked to us when we spoke with him about everything. They didn't put my kids beds together correctly. They came back with stuff and still didn't put kids beds together correctly. No good communication with movers at all! I need up getting my stuff and doing it on my own and that's not the least of it. I wouldn't recommend this store bc there is no unity there! Can't run a business and not have unity. They talked bad about each other blamed each other for mistakes like I cared. I just wanted my stuff. Spent over 2000 rollers in one day and this was a horrible weekend dealing with this company!!! Never again will I ever! ! Confort furniture will be the place I finish furnishing my home . They're great. On time and professional.

Disappointing. Employees was very unprofessional. Projected the impression that they wanted me to leave even though I did nothing to cause that behavior. Left old tags on merchandise which wasn't the current promotion. Just sad because of their actions we decided not to make a purchase and leave.

Very bad experience rude custer service. They're liars who give misleading information to get your money. No wonder they're closing. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I really felt the store was on the dirtier side they moved into an abandoned store never did anything to it it was rough when they moved in I thought I'd go back and look again and they haven't improved at all their staff is not knowledgeable and the manager is very snide and rude
