Great store. Dealt with Eric over the phone who took 10 minutes to run me thru a breakdown of new workboots compared to what I was currently wearing. Made the hour drive where he took pride in his work and went thru my options patiently to find the right pair. Will be a return customer. Would suggest to any of my friends

I got some boots that I wanted but the color was off. Employee darkened them with oil and changed laces for. Was very helpful.

Customer service still exists! First time experience at this location in early January. Dakota was extremely cordial and helpful in assisting work boot replacement. Something not quite right a few weeks later and there was no hesitation or excuses. Returned, worked with Dakota and came to a reasonable solution. Thank you so much for your patience, assistance and customer-first approach. Nice to see value in the purchasing process is still around in retail! Will certainly be back!!

Absolutely stellar customer service.
I needed to replace a very specific set of boots in a unique size and Eric at the Sun Prairie store was able to find my sizing based on records from a Red Wing commercial boot truck from another state four or more years ago, then locate the only pair of those boots in that size in the entire country and get them ordered to my local store.
10/10 I cannot recommend Red Wing Boots enough, both in terms of fit and comfort as well as customer experience.

i waited to write this review because i wanted to see how the shoes i purchased preformed. the shoes i bought here are amazing! they’re extremely comfortable and durable. the staff was also very kind and knowledgeable. when it’s time to get another pair of work boots definitely going to be buying them here. would recommend to anyone!

I’ve had many great experiences at this store. Eric was extremely helpful and special ordered a pair of insoles that were discontinued. I stand by redwings because they are a great brand that has amazing customer service.

While not successful in acquiring the boots that I wanted/ need, the service was exceptional. Models have changed since I bought my last Red Wing steel toes, so there was a lot of trying on of different boots. Hopefully the model that they need to order in for me to try on will fit like my old ones did.

Dakota was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find a pair of boots for work. So far as I've been breaking them in they've been great. Small store with a solid selection and great staff.

My husband and I went to the store today to purchase him new work boots. Tina helped him and she was amazing!!! Did not try to get him to buy what he didn't need but she was very knowledgeable and made sure he got just what he needed! Highly recommended anyone going there for amazing work boots. Btw, again Tina was awesome!!!!!!!

I purchased a pair of boots a few weeks back and the laces on one of them began to unfurl, the store replaced them without issue or question, and helped with getting the right insoles for me after realizing the arch support in the stock soles just weren’t cutting it.
Appreciate a company that’ll stand by their product and making sure the customer is taken care of.

I am a Mechanic so I am rougher than most people on boots. I have previously purchased Dr Martens, Catapillar, Wolverine and Timberland footwear and none of lasted or truly fit the way they should have. I came in to this location and was met by TJ the manager. TJ was by far the best shoe salesperson I have every had the pleasure of working with. His knowledge of the product and variances between each model or product line was like nothing I have seen at any other shoe store. He really took the time discover my needs and wants in a boot and made sure to get a proper size. The dedication to the product and my satisfaction made the experience absolutely effortless. I am looking forward to many years with my new boots and have I already put them through the paces at work.

Needed steel toed shoes and Dakota helped me find the perfect pair for my new job. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great experience. Mike the salesman was really knowledgeable and helped me find the best boot for my needs instead of trying to upsell me to their most expensive model. Will definitely be coming back!

Knowledgeable people that won't pressure you into anything you don't want or need. They care more about the boot or shoe being right for you. Excellent products throughout the store. You will get what you paid for in a quality boot or shoe.

You need to ask which ones they are. This franchise has USA flags on the shoe laces.
