THIS IS WHAT THE STEAK TIPS LOOK LIKE! Couldnt even wait till i got to my destination
to eat. Every single time I have ever been here, which is alot, it does not disappoint. Top 3 things I could live on for the rest of my life. Steak tips, jumbo lobster roll, butternut squash. Don't even think about it, just try it for yourself. Enjoy!

I always enjoy Johnsons. I usually come for the fish special. However, tonight, I had the cranberry walnut salad with steak tips, delicous! The service was excellent, the prices are affordable and the food was good. Keep it up crew at Johnsons I'll be back soon!

Food was great. Service was Awesome The place is always warm and inviting. Always feel very comfortable at Johnsons.

Food was fantastic. Portions, freshness, flavors, presentation. Top notch. Parking huge, place small. Wish they felt confident and moneyed enough to expand or add a floor. Restrooms were sterling for access, decor, hygiene, aesthetics. Hostess was a very welcoming and very organized greeter. Waitress was a super professional and a wizard with recommendations. Cocktails were made by some person who is clearly a master at Jameson Highballs and or Cranberry Margherita works of art. Desserts were big city caliber, and the coffee was the perfect send-off into the night for the theater after a hell of a dinner. I was in a party of 4. All first timers. We all were floored at how great Johnson's is.

A great place for a quick lunch. Lots of choices available on their menu. Highly recommend. The lobster roll was excellent . It is great to have a place near me that offers seafood and also has non seafood options as well. Our server was great as well , he was very knowledgeable about the menu and very freindly.

I got takeout here tonight. The person handling the to go orders was on point. I ordered the Haddock Nuggets dinner, the sweet bbq chicken tenders and a tuna melt. All the food was super fresh and tasted great. I love that their batter wasn't heavy like some restaurants do it. The tartar sauce was some of the best I've ever had. My dad said the tuna melt was fantastic. Our dinners came with house green salads which were also very nice. Overall I had a great experience ordering takeout here. The inside looked like a nice place for a family dinner. Definitely a local spot worth eating at if you live in the area or are passing through. I'll surely be back :)

OMG!!! I cannot say ENOUGH how delicious my baked stuffed haddock was. It was melt in your mouth delicious. Everything was perfect. Our waitress was friendly, welcoming, fast and very efficient. My boyfriend's steak tips were incredible to the point we had to buy a pound on the way out. Cannot WAIT to go back.

Seafood and Steak at Johnson's has been touted over the years as epic. I will take a moment to talk about the 1/2 lb deluxe cheeseburger accompanied by 50/50 hand cut fries and onion rings. A better lunch, you will not find in this reviewer's opinion. The freshness of the cold greens and tomato on the sizzlin' burger, with thick gooey melted cheese on a buttery grilled bun? A take out box of heart stoppin', artery cloggin' delight, it is. Typically, I say nay to onion rings due to over crunchy or thick batter. The rings on this menu however, are fresh battered to light and airy yet flavorful perfection.
Gotta do yourselves a favor. Order what I did and tell me where I am wrong!

I can't believe I lived in Rollinsford NH for over two years and never visited Johnson's! The week after Labor Day, I returned to Wells Beach for a vacation and met two of my girlfriends for lunch at Johnson's. The service was great, the waitress kind and personable, and the food was DELICIOUS. The portions were very generous and the fried clams (because i've missed them as they're not available in mid Michigan) were better than the clam shacks on the coast. I was impressed...and disappointed I'd missed the opportunity to enjoy eating at the restaurant years ago. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

First time in. Very pleased with the food the best onion rings around all the food was fresh and delicious staff was very nice. Will definitely be making a trip back. !

Yum! Pick 2, scallops and clam strips. Crispy, gold, and fresh! Perfect to split between two people. Would love to try some more things on the menu!

Johnson's has cooked for shaws distribution center in wells maine and has out done themselves each time.
Thanks to the guys who stood outside cooking on the grill in extreme weather. You guys are the best!

The service is very nice and the food is delicious! Even when your waiting they give you a roll to have while you wait for your food, recommend try the restraunt out.

Fast and friendly service and decent craft beer selection. Try the fish chowder. The fish and chips and homemade tartar sauce were very good ... highly recommend the butternut squash as a side.

Our server was incredibly kind and helpful, and the atmosphere here was great, with vintage photos of Berwick all around the restaurant. The food was even more exemplary, with the only exception being a slightly overcooked lobster tail, that I think speaks to the quality of this restaurant that even being a bit chewier than I would have liked it was still so flavorful I hardly cared. I had a Fisherman's platter and split a lazymans lobster with my friend, and every bite was delicious. The breading on everything fried was flavorful and crispy to perfection. Even the vegetable of the day, butter nut squash, was delicious! The drinks we had were also well prepared and cleverly built! Mine was a pumpkin-pie/apple cider themed drink and it tasted wonderful!

I just moved to Berwick in May, and I am so happy that my first experience with seafood in the New England area was so good! I'm definitely going to be coming back for any special occasions or to fulfill my seafood cravings!

We had an amazing breakfast today, fast, hot and delicious! Staff was friendly and attentive. Steak tips were 10 out of 10!!!
