Everything went great from start to finish.
Dirk arrived on time for the initial visit and estimate and was very thorough and took his time going over everything with me.
I chose Harker due to the great customer service given and pricing.
The two installers were right on time, very friendly, completed the job in less time than figured, cleaned up all areas completely and before leaving went over everything with me. Very pleased, now I just hope these units last 41 years like my previous units!

Our furnace went out overnight and Harker took great care of us. They sent out a tech within a few hours. He was quick to work with us on options of repairing vs replacing our very old furnace. We opted to replace it and felt their pricing was fair and honest. Even though there was a storm and it was a Saturday, they sent a team out to get us up and heating right away. Truly professionals and we are grateful to have them as our main servicers.

I spoke with Kelly on the phone to schedule an appt. She was knowledgeable and helpful.
Alexis was the technician who worked in our furnace- was highly skilled and prompt, and he left everything in perfect order. He also talked me through what he was doing, so I learned a lot, too!
Good service and excellent price; I will certainly be calling them back for future work.

The boiler in my building went out and I needed an after hours service call. The technician was thorough and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and returned to service the unit. Ultimately the boiler could not be used due to dangerous carbon monoxide emissions.

All the folks I worked with, the receptionist, the scheduler and the technician were courteous and professional.

From the original estimate visit from our Systems Consultant, John, to the final installation by Matt, Harker has been nothing but amazing to work with. No condescension, no irritability, nothing but pleasant attitudes by all and pride in one's work. Very competitive prices as well, as I shopped the work to other potential HVAC companies. Will continue to use this group for all of my residential HVAC needs until the day I draw my last beautifully temperature-controlled, filtered and perfectly humidified breath. Highly recommend.

Kurt the technician was knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to explain in simple terms what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. Boiler and all radiators are working great now.

Our Boiler went out at the start of season with a cracked heat exchanger, leaking water. Shopped around, did plenty of research and narrowed our options. Harker was not the cheapest although their guys (specifically Aaron) was top notch. From all my research, the theory floating around was the same; the quality of hardware today are very similar, the installation is what matters most. Pay the extra for top quality techs and reap the long-term savings/benefits. Properly installed hardware will last. We chose Harker even though they were not the cheapest out there. We are firm believers in that you usually do get what you pay for. So far we are very happy. If something goes wrong or is not addressed within a reasonable time in regards to the new boiler, we will update this review to share. We are also moving forward with replacement of our A/C unit with Harker over the next few weeks. I am attaching before and after photos.

Very pleasant people, businesswise and personal! They knew that I was concerned about my furnace, being shut down, and came right away! They checked it out, found some discrepancies in the furnace itself, and I need a new furnace! Hopefully it will work out!😍🙏🏻

My A/C wasn't cooling. Harker Heating & Cooling was highly recommended by a friend & I concur. They were able to schedule someone to check it out the next day. They were on time, very friendly, competent, efficient, & helpful. They clearly explained what they were doing & gave me advice & options. I elected to replace he A/C & that was also quickly scheduled. Those professionals were also on time, efficient, courteous, & competent. I would definitely use them again & highly recommend them.

I had 2 different issues with my AC and Harker fixed them both. I initially found them a little too eager to charge but they explained all the charges thoroughly and even removed extra technical dispatch fees for multiple trips out. They managed to fit me in very quickly which was very much appreciated with the AC not working when the temperature was > 85 outside. Brian spent quite a bit of time in an uncomfortable space working on my system and ultimately solved the underlying problem with my AC wiring.

Friendly service. Person gave me a call before they arrived to give me a heads up. Everyone was patient and explained the process so I could understand the issue.

When Aaron came to give us an estimate for an overhaul of our furnace and AC, he wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell a product we didn't need, but gave us plenty of information. That immediately had us sold.

Then Maurice and Sean came to install it. They were very knowledgeable, very efficient and did an amazing job.

We'll definitely call Harker again if we ever need HVAC service!

We had Harker come out to perform regular inspection/maintenance on our aging furnace. Steve showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. Great service at a reasonable price. We’ll definitely be calling Harker when it comes time to replace our furnace/AC.

Even though we were not fully able to resolve our concern given the state of our air conditioner, Kurt, our service person, did an excellent job for us! He was knowledgeable, talented and personable. Job well done without question!

Found leaking older carrier infinitely unit, not economical to fix. Timely replacement of a carrier a/c system. Here at scheduled time and efficiently replaced the unit in a timely fashion.
Pleasant and efficiently done, followed up by showing me specifically what they did. very pleased with the job.

I called Harker to inspect and repair the air conditioner at my residence and was very pleased that they were able to fit me in the next day unlike others that I had called. Chris was on time, very professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed a wiring issue, and offered many helpful tips on how to properly program my themostats and best use air return vents. I highly recommend Harker and will go to them for all my heating and cooling needs.
