I have recently taken a job that requires me to move to Chicago for a period of time. This meant that I was moving out of my current residence and moving into an apartment, having just moved into a condo in the last 12 months. I was not sure that I was going to be able to get renters insurance through BHS and had no idea where to get renters insurance in chicago. But my agent Rhonda was extremely helpful and able to help me from the very beginning. Even when the apartment complex was asking for very specific things and information, Rhonda didnt miss a beat and was able to get everything the complex as for. It is why I am convinced that Rhonda is among the very best insurance agents around.

Working with BHS insurance has been so easy. I'm very grateful for my personal agent, Jen Munch, as she has answered any questions that I have and she has made everything very clear and easy to understand. I am also very impressed with my car insurance rate as i was paying almost $100 more with my last insurance company. Rhonda Buck was especially helpful to my family this winter when my 24 year old son moved into his first apartment and needed renter's insurance ASAP. She clearly guided him through the options.

The staff over at BHS was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I needed to file a claim for my vehicle and they made the process so easy. They even contacted me a few times to make sure I was happy with how things where going and asked if there was anything else that they could do for me. The staff, and particularly Lori Vanderzouwen, have been incredibly prompt and helpful. You never want to have a claim but I did after a severe storm hit our house; BHS was on it quickly and I was able to get everything fixed that I needed.

Lori is always cordial, pleasant, efficient, effective and knowledgeable. She is "Johnny on the Spot" with everything she touches and she is a joy to work with on any and all issues. BHS always takes good care of us and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my insurance needs!

BHS has been my insurance agent for more than 30 years! They are always ready to assist you when needed. A few months ago I had the unfortunate situation of hitting a turkey on the freeway! I called Lori at noon time and by the end of the day the adjuster had already received my claim and been in touch with the body shop to get my car repaired. They are fantastic!

We recently had a house fire. Our agent Melinda was great. She immediately put my mind at ease (as much as possible considering). The adjuster, Wendy was there by noon and was fantastic. BHS checked with us during our restoration and construction project. They are a fantastic company and I really appreciate how they handled everything.
