Best Buy

We went in to buy a gaming computer for our son, who's at college and does Esports. We had two very capable customer service people help us find the right one. 'Will' ultimately helped us find the perfect computer for his needs. It took very little time and we were out the door, which made my husband happy. I highly recommend West Towne Best Buy.

I came in on Black Friday and after searching frantically for my item, which I knew they only had two of, when a worker came up to me and offered help. I showed him the screenshot of my item and after looking it up on his device, he quickly lead us two our item and got it carried to the nearest register and checked us out in about 1 minute. I was very pleased. The next day my aunt had the same experience with the same guy. I wish every worker was trained after this man and how he helps people. I didn’t get his name but he had dark hair and a Beard I believe. Thanks so much for making it an easy stop.

I knew exactly what i wanted to buy, even before I got to the store, browsed the store slightly, lots more stuff to look at, than Dubuque.
Didn't get ignored by the employees, like in Dubuque either. Bought a 32 inch Roku tv, works great, a lot better tv than my old Vizio, it was only 2 years old. I will be back, as one of the employees loaded it for me, that was a nice gesture. The overall experience was great, and was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes.

The employees are always very friendly. I usually buy online and pick up in the store or curbside. Always easy and very fast.

I purchased a Samsung TV set and neither my husband nor I could get the base in correctly. Samsung helpline was worse than useless, so I brought the TV back planning to return it. Bryant (I hope I have the name right) was at the front of the store, heard my story, took the TV, and somehow managed to install the base in just a few minutes. He then brought the set out to my car and helped me load it. Wonderful service.

They have a great selection of products at good prices and they do installation and removal for a fee but then I don't have to worry about anything

bestbuy is so pleasing everytime I walk in that store. don't matter which one it is, your always greeted & treated very well there. thank you so much bestbuy employee's! it's me!!! the one with the gold hat & shoes lol.

Jon Dykman and his team did a great job installing all the equipment I brought to them. The wire management is super clean, even with two amps, and is completely hidden unless the seats are folded down. Each installation appointment was shorter than estimated, too. They were professional through it all and even threw in some complimentary sound deadener. If you are planning on buying your equipment from Best Buy, I’d recommend a TotalTech membership. The free labor saved me a lot of money.

I was very impressed. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee. He asked how he could help. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately directed me to it and I was done in 5 minutes. Well done!!!

I had a small return. I never have any issues! I'm so grateful for their kind staff. No hassle returns!! Love it!

I like their membership. Its $50 for the whole year and it saves a lot. It locks the price for 60 days. Love to shop with bestbuy.

The tech showed up EARLY! The TV he brought turned out to be broken. However, he (Drew of Geek Squad) had a new one delivered and set up within 39 minutes.

I ordered online for pickup, and although I was planning to come a few hours later, the item was ready within a few minutes. When I arrived, I went to the checkout desk and picked my item out; I was in and out in a few minutes.

Wonderful Best Buy location! The store is large and has a huge variety of pretty much anything you could want. The staff was all supper friendly and willing to help customers in any way possible. Over all, the staff seemed fairly knowledgeable in their specific departments. Well as knowledgeable as one could expect for a department store employee.

Wonderful customer service at this location. Amber was extremely helpful, and so was the man we spoke to at the customer service counter (I’m sorry we didn’t catch his name!)

Special shout out to Tim for finding us a stand and making sure it fit our TV (seriously thank you so much.)
