Boomers

I am gonna start by saying I enjoy wonderful food and people and new experiences. I don't mind a $200 dinner with a $150 wine bill if it's worth it! Now if I can mirror that feeling for $47 dollars well I find that superb. Boomers may not have a 12 course tasting menu or a luxurious table setting but my God can they make some amazing food and have you laughing! The owner made me feel at home with her jokes and personality! Reminded me of my grandma. The lake view was perfect! I ordered bacon wrapped scallops with a maple syrup side and a handmade pepperoni pizza with 3 beers. Everything was done exceptionally well. Best scallops around and the pizza was everything I personally love about a pizza! $47 for one of the best dinners I've had in Maine. Thank you.

Hands down- the best burger I've ever had! Please forgive me, but I've nicknamed "The Dexter", which is an amazing burger with bacon, "The Crackburger", because I am addicted!! A huge shout out to Rose, the owner, who is always there to make sure things are running smoothly and has a wonderful, witty way about her!

Pizza was Amazing!!!!! Great outdoor seating area in rear Overlooking the lake. Who doesn't enjoy a great view with their meal.

Honestly the best experience I've had in a restaurant since moving to Maine 1 year ago and we have tried many many restaurants all over the state! The service was really good. The woman was super nice, attentive and kind. I had the Fish and Chips and can say without a doubt it was the best Fish I've ever had in my life. I mentioned to the waitress how much I loved it and she told me fresh fish was delivered there daily which I love that!
My husband had the Party Melt and says he wishes they used more seasoning but the burger was cooked to perfection and the grilled rye bread had a great colour and texture to it. Once he added a bit of salt it was good to go.
My 3 year old son had a burger and fries and it was the first burger we've ever gotten him to finish in any restaurant so I'd say he really likes it!

The restaurant seemed clean and of course has such a beautiful view. They have options for both indoor and outdoor seating but we choose indoor today because it's hot and I have a small child.
We are definitely impressed with this place and now consider it our favourite restaurant in Maine and we only live 15 minutes away so looking forward to coming back again and I hope next time will be as good be consistent. :)

Probably one of the most affordable establishments in this community, portion sizes old fashioned, like your sitting down to eat with truck drivers.Great atmosphere and ambiance inside, whether your in the dining room, or bar, and it's like a little slice of heaven sitting out on the deck over looking the lake. Hard working family owned and managed which also adds to the beauty of the entire place.

Favorite little bar, the personal pizza is the bomb and cocktails are good..

The food is delicious. I eat here all the time. I recommend the steak sub with onion rings!!

The service is "slow" because the food is real. Those of us who live around here and don't feel the need to rush through our lives know it's worth the wait. In the last two years I've eaten here at least fifty times and the food is always very good to great. So those of you who don't like it, stay away and spread your negativity somewhere else.

The service was great, the food is exactly what one would expect for summer, beer is cold!
The price is rite, beautiful view on the spacious outdoor deck! My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our dining experience! GRUMPY said that!

Everyone was very friendly to me. I enjoyed my order the nachos with chili. My friend had the pizza and only had positive comments to describe it.

The deck facing the water has a lovely view. We go at least once a summer. The wait staff are always friendly.

Everything is homemade here! Even the marinade on the steak tips! The staff incredibly friendly and I definitely plan on coming back at some point!

First time there, great pizza and menu and beer and drinks. Will stop in again when I am in the area.
