Arby's

I like the fact that they have buy any item and get a sandwich for free for the month of April. I had a good experience and the fries were fresh, unlike some fast food restaurants.

The food was very good and the service was very friendly. The service and friendlyness of the young lady who took our order was exceptionally great and unexpected. Most young employees these days are not trained well. This young lady is,
so we gave her a tip which we do very seldom at a fast food restaurant.

This Arby's has never let me down. I've worked at the planet fitness that shares a parking lot for over two years and I get lunch here (and dinner) pretty often. I've tried a lot of food on the menu here and they have yet to mess anything up. Decent speed, greatest staff, and best food. Always makes my day better.

This is outside the scope of my regular reviews but in this day and age of customer service I feel this is appropriate. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and was told someone would be with me in a moment, in fact I was. My food came out quickly and hot. The staff was nice and respectful which is already 100x better than the rest of Kalamazoo

One of my favorite places for a quick bite. Love the roast beef, it's the only thing I come for. My husband is more adventurous and loves their crispy chicken sandwiches and enjoyed the new burgers they have.

What in the world happend to their roast beef? At first I thought it was just cut thicker which is kind of inconvenient because of how it lays on the bun but that's whatever. The taste though, what the heck happened in a month?

We didn't go in but ate in a nice shady spot in the parking lot. The food was excellent especially the beef and cheddars. My only complaint is I asked for crinkle fries and got the curly fries which aren't my favorite.

Thank you arbys on stadium! McDonald’s is trash. They say they’re open 24 hours but they are never! Arbys is open ALL THE TIME. The older woman at night is so sweet! Give her a raise! They deserve the pay and they work hard. McDonalds is trash bag and the workers are the laziest. Love this arbys. Fresh food all the time.

Arby's is airways fantastic! They must have the best employee training program and incentives, because the staff is always friendly, happy, and having a great time!

Absolute angels at this location saved us from a horrible night. They were friendly and fast. They did mess up our order a little but they made us so happy that we didn’t care. I don’t even like Arby’s food (their shakes are amazing though!) and I would STILL come back here.

I have to tell you... This is the only Arby's I will ever go to, especially because I typically come late at night. I don't know the guy's name who is usually taking drive thru orders at night, but he is AMAZING. My order is always right, food is always the correct temperature, and the customer service is just exceptional. Keep it up Arby's!

They are always very nice, and even though we waited a bit because they were busy, it wasn't so long that it was frustrating. Our food was hot and fresh and delicious. I also appreciate that they are open later than pretty much anyone.

Sure, it's just a fast food place, and sandwiches rank at the very bottom of my list, but this location is so clean, the staff attentive, kind, and genuinely interested in making sure an ordinary dine-and-run meal is a satisfying experience...these things can turn the humblest of lunches into something extraordinary. If even half of the convenience-level businesses that have become default stops on the way home rather than actual choices made their vast customer base feel valued like this, perhaps we would all feel more human. Who wouldn't want that?

Grabbed a bite through the drive thru was helped by Ashtin. He was friendly and patient. I never eat there, and had to look over the menu. I was very satisfied. Food was hot and plentiful.

Love their shakes! Could be a better size for the pricing or their prices reduced, but overall they taste great!

You guys rule on the night shift! I gave Arby's a second chance, after the poor excuse of a food establishment on the east coast and thank god, I CANNOT stop coming back! I've never had a better experience, especially after 1AM. They're still energetic and the food is fresh and hot every single time. Kudos to the night team there!

I went through the drive thru late around 11 after work and I had the nicest man serve me. I was having a bad night at work and was just driving around listening to music and wanted a shake. He put a smile back on my face. Even late he seems like he give his all at work!

Got a Chocolate Mocha shake from them last night and it was delicious, but that’s not the main point of this review. These people have fun on while offering great service. As the guy was handing me my shake he said “would you like some Arby’s sauce for your shake?” I was like what?! And asked again to get the same response hahahah made my night 😂

There was an issue filling my order at this location and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. Five star service all day long!
