Oloman Cafe + Gallery

Oloman Cafe is Hamtramck’s best kept secret! I always look forward to my visits. It has a wonderful atmosphere and it’s one of my favorite places to read, write and think.

Best coffee and espresso you’ll ever have. They have a showing of art from local and international artists; you’ll enjoy every moment in here in a place with wonderful aesthetics and vibes.

Chill little spot in Hamtramck. Great iced coffee and baked good selection is nice. Deep variety of whole bean coffee as well. Really nice atmosphere to sit and work or meet in.

I come here regularly. This is a great neighborhood place. The owner is super friendly, and the coffee is good. There is plenty of space to work or have a conversation, including some outdoor seating. And there's always a gallery of local art up on display.

This place is absolutely perfect! The coffee was amazing, same for the pastries. The owner is so friendly and knows a lot about other local businesses. And the music they were playing in the background complemented the place in such a pleasant way. The entire place has a good, good vibe, I just wish it was closer to my house in Farmington. We'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience! The coffee was great, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere is so chill. I was blown away by the inside, with the high quality local art displayed, mid century modern touches and tons of space. That said, the back patio is where I ended up hanging out and it was wonderful! It was quite-septated space and with beautiful robust planters on a cool summer morning. A great way to enjoy a morning coffee.

Mr Oloman is the most kind, sweet man! It shows he genuinely cares about the community and people. Great coffee! His attention to detail to make your experience the best is top notch. Highly recommend!

Some of the best coffee in Detroit area. Great and affordable cafe food. Whether it’s cafe, gallery space or patio, the ambiance is super nice and comfortable. Owner is also very friendly.

The place makes you feel classy.

Ordered a Small latte and a sandwich and was not disappointed. The coffee tasted great (not the weird burnt flavor you get from some coffee spots that heat it up a little too much). The sandwich was made in the morning and def tasted fresh af (and i'm very critical of pesto) Will be coming back for sure. Music playlist was a little too low energy for me, but I don't really mind that.

Love this place. Coffee is really good, way better than other local coffee shops. They have a really good selection of pastries and sandwiches. Perfect to study or meet a large group of friends too. The owners and baristas will always make you feel at home.

Great coffee. Gipsy parking in Hamtramck. Received a parking ticket by mail for being in a spot for 10 minutes to get a coffee, and without ANY signage. That’s poor city responsibility. Hate for anyone else to experience their cheap and ignorant policies…

One of my favorite cafes in the Detroit area. Consistent cappuccinos, great conversation with the owner, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The art on the walls is super cute, and the pastries they serve are delicious. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Z is very cool, down to earth and personable. The experience has a niche in a European cafe feel, really good "no nonsense" espresso and pastries. If you are into independent cafes and anti Starbucks and Biggby then this is your spot. The pour overs are also great. Try the chocolate almond croissant.

What a beautiful shop, with many beautiful plants and an open yet inviting atmosphere. Best espresso I've had in America, and the very kind gentleman behind the bar was very knowledgeable. What a wonderful experience.

Awesome small Arabic food restaurant. Food is outstanding and the prices are even better! I highly recommend this restaurant! It's not very large so if you want to eat in give yourself some time but I generally get orders to go and they are quickly prepared, unbelievably fabulous and priced so low you won't believe it! Go there you'll never be disappointed
