They were awesome to work with. VERY friendly, although my car was a loss, they were helpful and understanding every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them! They cover the deductible and even have a loaner for your use as well. And if you’re looking for a new car, they can point you in the right direction with awesome deals.

I stopped in to check on my car door because it wouldn’t open on the driver side due to someone else’s work. I didn’t have an appointment however one of the associates was outside and he gave me a honest quick consultation on my car and also fixed the problem on my door. I had a 2020 impala that got into a highway wreck, I filed a claim through my insurance company, 3brothers auto collision sent their towing truck and picked up my car from I-94 and they waved my $500 deductible, my vehicle was damaged bad, it needed frame work and bunch of front end parts, they fixed it so good to where it looks brand new doesn’t even look like it’s been damaged before I highly recommend, the best collision shop I’ve ever seen so far.

My experience with them was awesome. Not only did my look great but the customer services was over the top. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for collision work.
