The negative reviews here are honestly a shame. The staff are great, the building is in good condition, and they do a great job getting 99% of deliveries done without issue. We all have those times where a package gets lost or damaged or whatever else I’ve seen complaints about. We live in a relatively remote location with many obstacles to accomplish normal delivery.
It’s really clear that many people have never had the displeasure of dealing with the large delivery companies when things go wrong. It can be frustrating when there are issues and understandably so, but at the end of the day our USPS is a vital community resource!

Hard working employees at this post office. I understand some people are frustrated with how it operates, but compared to other offices, I find this one to be very efficient. They're doing the absolute best that they can with limited resources!

Helped with me going through the process of selecting placement of the mailbox for our new rural home. It wasn't easy as it was on a few route lines, but the people were friendly and understanding.

Annie was extremely nice and helpful! I got a notice that my package wasn’t delivered because they couldn’t find a safe place to put it by my door (there’s a lot of construction on my road right now) and when I followed the directions on the slip they left on my door, it said it wasn’t ‘redeliverable’. I went to the post office and she was able to find my package. Seeing a lot of the reviews on here, I think it’s good for people to remember that if you are nice to others they will be nice to you. When I was there (Saturday), the line was just about out the door and they were trying to help people as quickly and the best they could. A smile goes a long way.

I’ve always had an excellent experience at this post office. Sure, there can be some issues at times with USPS (though I’ve never had one at this particular location) but that’s any place.

I am on a contract away from home and got a PO Box. Staff volunteered the information that I can have FedEx and UPS drop off at the post office for pick up later.The few items that had to come via FedEx and UPS have come through fine and it has been no problem to pick them up. My mail has been forwarded. Staff have been polite and helpful. The facility is clean and merchandise well displayed.

I’ve never had issues with this post office. (Knock on wood). I’ve had them hold my mail, hook me up with a po box, send packages, and received my mail just fine. In fact, my packages were delivered sooner than they’d tell me. People are nice enough. I like their services.

Very helpful people. In the last year I moved within the area 3 times and eventually got a PO Box. They were very easy to talk to and made sure my personal and business mail always got to the right place. I was impressed with their knowledge and courtesy.

I've not any complaints about the service & staff of the Bemidji Post Office. Wish I could say the same about the edicts they were forced to obey. Corrupt Louis DeJoy was appointed to the position of Postmaster General by a President who has made Andrew Johnson and Zachary Taylor look like geniuses.

I was helped by their desk clerks and they were very nice and professional. Thank you.
