This is a local favorite & well supported by locals. Now in its newest location being big & beautiful which anchors a popular SW corner of Bemidji downtown & open to the public for just about anything you can think of that you may need or want. The also have ready made food & eating area, classes & local grown food. Many people have work hard to make this a successful market!

Harmony Natural Foods is the best local option for organic and local produce, as well as an array of other high-quality food and personal care items.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and well-kept.

My trip to harmony co-op was a great one, the choices were very good and fresh and moderately affordable, I would definitely go back soon, 🙏👍💯.

It’s all so fresh! Today I splurged and got the gluten free carrot cake AND this amazing Fall Harvest Rice Salad. It’s a flavor collision and is so satisfying!

Everyone who works here are super nice, kid friendly and understanding. You can really vibe with the energy here and the fruit selection is small, but also different than what you get at Walmart! They had 3 different types of mangos last time I went in!

I've lived near Bemidji MN for 2+yrs and have never ventured into this business. What an epic fail on my part. Here I could've been shopping for top notch healthy products all this time!!!! They have an incredible selection of high quality goods. From shampoo's to shallots, vitamins, teas, yogurts..... Come in and delight yourself with great health!! A very clean store, well stocked and nice employees. Wow!!

Wonderful place to get healthy food if you have a special needs child - we were able to get his bread, cheese, patties, Amy's meals, and so much more. Plus everything to make our son's homemade vegan pizza -

The vegan food at the restaurant is very good! BBQ Tempeh Sandwich ohwee that was amazing. Friendly staff also. 5 STARS

Really great produce and a very knowledgeable staff

I was in the area shopping and stopped at the deli for lunch, then returned a few days later for the same incredibly delicious sandwich. Spicy Thai Turkey was SO good!

Harmony provided us with some of our food requirements this summer. Food allergies and intolerance to gluten leaves us standing in the isles reading every label. We were glad to see that some of the brands offered were the same as those that we find locally. Yes, I wish that the prices weren’t so high but when my choices are nutritious food or diverticulitis, I’ll take the former.

The store has always been clean and the staff ready to help. Anne, Ty and Jeremy all helped as they were able. Thank you to them.

My favorite part of the store is the hot soup bar. I wish that the soup base did not include black pepper (so my SO could enjoy, but there were non soup alternatives available for purchase). You could tell that the outside temperatures had fallen based on the availability of the soups. Better get in before noon if you want soup!

Please keep the one vegan, one meat based soup routine. Some of us don’t do well on plant based proteins. BTDT don’t want to do it again.

Great place to stop if you have specific dietary restrictions (gluten free, Paleo, keto, etc.). My all time favorite thing to get here is their cold tofu salad from the deli area. It is amazing.

Moved here in May 2020 and was looking to find a go-to natural foods store and this was it! I was excited to have this option coming from a larger city and was pleasantly surprised to find this store stocked with an array of organic produce, bulk items and specialty products. When I asked the help about finding my favorites and they were not stocked they said they would order them from me and let me know when they were in stock. They took the time to email me when the product I wanted was in stock! Customer service is very friendly, helpful and this place is mega clean! It is a bit on the pricey side and I am on a budget, however, if I stick to what I came in for it makes it worthwhile. Glad I found Harmony!

Harmony is one of my favorite shops in town. The staff is always friendly and their selection is wonderful especially if you have food restrictions. From Dairy & Gluten free alternatives to some of the best bulk pancake mix I've ever tried they're a great stop to make on your grocery trip.

Best soup around. Good products. Always stop when in bemidji. No soup till 11am. I cried as leaving.

Always a good experience. Staff is always helpful. I was able to find everything on my shopping list even pizza spice! & chili paste. I love that I can buy local organically grown products there. Last week I picked up mushrooms, apples, blueberry jam & Italian sausage to name a few.

This co-op has the BEST vegan lemon cake in their grab and go section. I spent a summer living in Bemidji while working at the Concordia Language Villages, and this was my absolute favorite place to frequent. Wish I lived closer!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of organic and health foods items, including several gluten free items that you aren't able to find any where else in town! They even have a section with beauty products and supplements. They recently expanded their "Good Food Deli" to include a second display case that is always filled with delicious foods to snack on or make a meal out of.

Someone I know is always complaining about "so and so people" stealing American jobs. This same person will time and time again purchase tons of cheap food/products manufactured by exploited workers in other countries and sold in big box stores at "a deal".

The few times I'm in the area I always make it a point to shop at Harmony and actually support quality food and local businesses and producers. If you're lucky enough to have money for groceries, spend your money here and give back directly to your community while at the same time nourishing your body.

Harmony is a fantastic neighborhood resource, happy to go there every chance I get.
