I felt very comfortable with all services provided from Animal Care Clinic, definitely returning with my fur babies, staff was so amazing, kind, and excellent care provided. My kitty Blu felt so comfortable being treated at this clinic, no signs at all of stress, first time with that happening, all other Vet clinics she has been too she has not liked period.

Spencer at Animal Care. We were very impressed by her knowledge, practicality, and compassion. We highly recommend her. The rest of the staff was great too.

By far the best veterinary experience we've ever had. Animal Care Clinic is very professional and friendly. They show genuine care for the animals and they keep the budget of their clients in mind before they do anything with your pet. I've had experience with every other vet in Bemidji and NO ONE has them beat in price and care. If you're looking for a budget friendly vet that will make sure your pet gets their needs met I suggest you try this place before the rest. They even called me a few days after our first appointment to check in on us! If I could rate higher I would, I've never been so impressed by a vet clinic.

Dr. Spencer is new to ACC, and she is awesome! Thorough and full of useful tips for our dogs. Highly recommend her!

Animal Care Clinic came to the rescue when our dog was in pain one Friday afternoon. The vet clinic we had been using before this turned us away because it was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. They said we’d have to find help elsewhere. Animal Care Clinic got us in even though we weren’t regulars. We’ve been going there ever since. Nice to find a place that truly cares about animals!

I recommend this clinic because whenever my cat had an issue, they always figured it out and provided the right treatment. The vet was very knowledgeable, and I could easily get answers during wellness check-ups. I will definitely go back here again.

They saved my kitty!

My kitten was in an accident, there were bones broken and sticking out of both legs, long story short it looked dire. I had to drive 2+ hours here but it was very worth it.

I never wait more than a second to speak with anyone on the phone, everyone is very caring, and Dr. Niemi is amazing. They were able to operate on the cat and treat her wounds right there, they even went out of their way to listen to me beyond what any vet has ever done with me.

My only complaint is they got bought by some company and now have to be sticklers regarding billing & can't offer payment plans anymore - but so it goes in 2023 America.

The staff is caring and competent. They have the equipment and expertise to handle small and big jobs. Every semi-feral skittish cat I bring them somehow comes back a purring lap cat. I am so glad my little kitty came home. This is the best vet in miles and miles, and they have availability too - I couldn't believe it either.

I've been taking my pets to Animal care clinic for a few yrs. now and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is soo polite, friendly and helpful. It's clear they all love animals and, that means the world to me. I'll never go elsewhere.

Excellent service and care by dedicated and caring staff. Today was my dog's first appointment. He was so nervous and the staff worked so well with him!

Maisie and I had a very pleasant experience at the Animal care clinic! The staff was great, booking an appointment was easy (and fast)! They get the stamp of approval from the BSU Window Kitty!

I love this clinic. When my daughters birds Zazu passed, they took good care of the bird all the way up until cremation. When I went to pick up the ashes, they had them in a very cute keychain urn.
My cat Simba now sees the vet here and they are awesome with him.
I recommend this place.

Wonderful staff. Helped us with a check up for our little Valkyrie. My fiance found her on the side of the road in a box only 2 to 3 weeks old. She got dewormed, and a follow up appointment setup to see how she is doing. She is doing fantastic. Since our visit she has graduated from bottle feeding and now eats kitten dry food, drinks water, and uses the catbox all by herself. She is so energetic and playful. Im so thankful for the staff here for helping us with the advice they gave us.

OMG they got our dog in the same day with a medical problem. Thank-you So very much!!!

I have been taking my senior cat who also has diabetes to Animal Care Clinic since moving to this area 7 years ago. I cannot say enough how great the people there are. Front desk staff, techs and vets all very kind and helpful. Kudos to my vet Dr. Niemi, who takes the time to listen and advise. Would highly recommend!!

Had an emergency with one of my dogs, reg vet dropped the ball on us n these kind souls got us right in, same day within hours actually, staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful, and I am very thankful for them. Would highly recommend them in the future. Thanks soo much to all the staff at Animal Care Clinic!

I have had 2 previous pets cared for there and now two current. I cannot complain. Staff is very caring to the animals, knowledge, and inform family on what is needed. They also did a wonderful job with cremation and getting the remains back on my 2 previous zipper and jazmyn. I would definitely recommend them.

We boarded our dog Fang with Animal Care Clinic on Colbern for probably over 10yrs til we moved to a new state. We did one time try and take Fang somewhere else bc the hours for drop off/pick up worked better for us. He whined for a week after we picked him up bc he hated there and never took him back. Dr Neal and the staff was amazing with Fang and the other two dogs we had and literally treated them as family. Fang loved them and always came home happy and we never had to worry about him. Fang has gotten spoiled in his old age and serenades(as they call it lol) when left alone. We don’t trust anyone with him bc we know it can be a bit much but Colbern Road never complained or treated him wrong. He would still be there if we was in the area bc they are amazing!!!

Very friendly and caring staff. They keep long hours, which is appreciated because I can pick up cat food after work. Their prices are really good compared to 3 other vets I've been to in Bemidji.

I arrived and the place was packed with dogs (lots waiting outside to be seen). What impressed me was how Melissa (office staff) handled it. She was managing everyone's scheduled appointments plus walk ins, always with a smile and patience. The vet tech and vet were great as well (sorry I can't recall their names at this time). Very caring and loving towards my sister's cat. ❤
