I am absolutely thrilled to share my exceptional experience at this establishment. To say that I am impressed would be an understatement. Abdul, the remarkable mechanic at this place, went above and beyond, treating me like family from the moment I walked in.

Abdul is more than just a skilled mechanic; he is a genuine, good-hearted individual who exudes honesty and a sincere concern for his customers. I found myself in a bind one night at 11 pm with a coolant reservoir leak, jeopardizing my plans to travel back to Florida the next morning. Despite the late hour, Abdul not only welcomed me but also provided invaluable assistance.

Recognizing the urgency of my situation, Abdul advised me on the most cost-effective solution, directing me to purchase the necessary part at Advanced Auto Parts. To my surprise, he generously applied his personal discount and even shared his personal cell phone number, ensuring I could return the next day with the part for installation.

True to his word, the following day, Abdul expertly installed the part in less than 30 minutes. What's more, he refused to charge me for labor since it took less than an hour. I have never encountered such exceptional service and genuine care from any mechanic in my life.

Abdul's kindness, expertise, and integrity have left an indelible mark on me, and I am now a loyal customer. Whenever I find myself in Ann Arbor, there's no doubt that I will be seeking out Abdul's services. My heartfelt thanks go out to Abdul for his outstanding support and unparalleled customer service.

The owner of this shop is heaven-sent! I had a flat tire and every shop was closed, except for A & A. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a spare. I called the shop & the owner was on his way within minutes. He put a similar tire on my car and allowed me to borrow it until I was able to get a new tire on my car. I would give this business 20 stars if I could! Will be returning soon! :)

I got a flat tire in the middle of the night. I ended up at A & A Car Care. They got my tire fixed and on my car really fast. The owner is so nice and helpful. Even though it was the middle of the night, he was communicative and responsive. I would totally recommend them.

I luckily stumbled on A&A auto after a quick Google search of Auto mechanics in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti. It was after 6pm on a Saturday night and he was truthfully the only shop where someone even answered the phone. After a few minutes of me explaining my worries, Abdul, who owns the business, said he had a few minutes and offered to take a look at my vehicle to see what could be causing this all of sudden oil leak. So I was on my way to his shop, which by the way is a complete auto center, nice and big property.
He not only diagnosed my problem, which luckily for me is not a big deal but he also cleaned up the under carriage for me. Truly awesome experience!
I just had to post this as I feel not only did I find a great new mechanic but also I found a new friend! Thank you Abdul!

Quite literally Abdul, the owner, is a gem of a human being. I called the shop after never having been there before and explained my time sensitive situation. He was able to get me in that day and out within a few hours! Words can't describe how grateful and impressed I was with Abdul's shop, his attitude, and his care for my car. When I was in a bind, he made it happen, and that's the kind of mechanic you want to come back to. And I definitely will! He gave me his personal phone number and assured me I could always contact him! I mean, you can't buy that kind of care. It only comes with those who love their jobs. And from all the people who called him asking for help, I can see he is the type who takes care of his community.

We would highly recommend taking your car to this mechanic he deserves 10 stars. We greatly appreciate the excellent service he has provided. He is professional, honest, kind, dedicated and he cares about your well being and your vehicle. The prices are very reasonable. He will diagnose and fix the problem at hand. First off, I never write reviews. I was totally screwed over by a dealer that sold me a car with leaking head gaskets. I took it to Abdul here at A & A. They say everything happens for a reason, and I am experiencing that. Yes, I was screwed out of 6,500 dollars from the dealer, but the friend I made from taking my car here is priceless. Abdul is the kindest human I have ever come across. He went above and beyond for me... I owe this man my life. I will never go to another shop, he is honest, real, and puts PEOPLE first. He cares about your wellbeing just as much as the car. I am so lucky to have found this place. It is amazing to see that kindness and love exists in this world, I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I got my breaks fixed here, and I'll be back for future issues (God forbid). The owner is a gentleman of the highest caliber! I was nervous and he made me feel right at home, explained everything to me and made all the complicated car stuff seem simple. Really nice guy, fast work, quality service. Highly recommend!

I took my car into A&A on a Saturday night, which was lucky to find because most repair garages close at 5 pm. I was in Michigan on a weekend trip from Pennsylvania. One of my front struts broke and A&A repaired it in an emergency so I could get back to PA.
