Small's

The staff are kind and the people I've met there have always been friendly. The dancefloor and stage area is small, but the sound quality is amazing. It's loud, so I definitely recommend earplugs! They also have plenty of places to sit which is always nice.

THE dive bar located in Hamtramck. Whether, you come here for a live music, or just want a place to have a couple drinks, make your way to Smalls. 25 years of service, weathering COVID. I can not say enough about Smalls.

I've seen a couple of awesome concerts at this venue and it's a great place to go see your fav band. Small, intimate and 420 friendly. I will be back again!!

Always love this place!! Great shows, great people, good stage for music and bar separate as well as a great corner for merch from the artists playing which you don’t often see in a lot of venues!!! Timmy and Natalie as bartenders are always top tier attentive and I fkin love Timmy’s tiara always gets a giggle from me. Hope this place is open forever

Only reason food gets a 1 is because they don't have food. Drinks were decent. But the vibe of the place and the overall aesthetic, just wow. First time coming and will most definitely be back!!

It was my 1st visit and it was cool. It reminded me of being young and sneaking into a cool rock bar. It definitely gives off nostalgia vibes.

One of the best concert and hanging out places around! Great staff and always amazing concerts. When they have food, like last night , it is delicious! The sliders are the best in the area. Fun dance nights too.

Awesome venue. I went there on a chilly Friday and there was a small but energetic crowd to see some local bands. I really enjoyed the local Polish beer that was available on tap. Everyone that worked there was friendly and welcoming. I hope to go back soon.

Small's is a great bar / venue! the front room is quiet enough to have a conversation, and the back room where the bands place is plenty loud.

There isn't a parking lot or anything, but got lucky with a spot right on the street, about 3 car lengths from the front door.

I love love love Love. Small's always always a great hang. It's a stop you have to make if you're in Detroit looking for a night out.

Coming from a musician's standpoint this place is the real deal. Everyone at the venue was on point. Sound guy is one of the best you'll meet. Very professional and organized. Awesome atmosphere. If you have the chance to perform here do it.

I love that this place is small and more intimate. It makes seeing shows there much more fun. I love the little bar area as well. My one complaint is that I wish they had bigger bathrooms. Beyond that, it's great.

The DJs here, are awesome, love small venue music.

My favorite little hole in the wall! Very intimate venue, reasonably priced drinks. Bathrooms are a little awkward, but clean and functional. Staff is wonderful, and they always book the best shows.

Can't imagine a cooler place to see a band. Escape from the zoo put on an incredible show. Security was cool and the bartenders make some strong drinks. If you get a chance to see a band here you should definitely check it out.

Saw a couple bands here from big ones like fleshgod apocalypse to small local bands and where the stage is and sound set up is solid for what it is. It's not a small place despite the name. They have it separate where you can chill in a back section away from the music and Chat with friends and drink. Overall this is a dope place.

Cool little bar that has club nights and bands playing. I was there last night after seeing Nitzer Ebb at the Shelter. I had a great time. Wasn't a club night or bands, but the bartender was super cool to talk to. Very friendly atmosphere.

Definitely a nice cozy place to watch live bands very very old school nice though I like it

Saw The Amino Acids' 25th Anniversary Show last week. As always, bar staff were on top of keeping drinks going, and I had a great time.
