My Dell laptop was on the floor when my place flooded. I brought it here in hopes that the memory/hard drive could be recovered and put onto my external hard drive. He was very pleasant and professional. They offer an external hard drive or memory stick if you don't already own one. He was very clear with his communication and warned me about the possibility of not being able to recover anything. Unfortunately, my laptop had too much damage and nothing could be recovered. He was nice enough to not charge me anything because of that. If he had been able to recover something it would've been $80, so it was very nice to not have to pay $80 and not have anything recovered. I'm grateful for his time and energy for checking and trying. Overall a great experience with this business, even though my laptop couldn't be fixed. He does offer additional services/parts for replacement but I have a warranty on my laptop still that will cover the parts needed, so I didn't need to go through him for that stuff.

I don't know what Luke did, and neither does he, but my computer wouldn't boot up and now it runs like a dream, and all he did was look at it and run tests. All I know is God used him. God bless you Luke.

I took my laptop in because it needed a new keyboard and I got it back in about 4.5 hours and it is working perfectly now! Really nice and knowledgeable guy who will be the only one I go to in the future for electronic repairs!

Extremely pleased w/ skill & service @ Computer Mechanics. Tried to use service warranty @ Best Buy but was told computer could not be salvaged. Almost bought a new computer when hubby suggested I give these guys a try. SOOOO happy I did! They completed repairs promptly & efficiently, at a very fair fee. Kept me updated along the way. So grateful I learned of this place, and I wish more people considered this option as opposed to simply buying a new laptop.

I was out of business when my system went south and he did a graphics card install and replaced my old drive with an SSD drive.. cloned all my info from the old drive and I'm up and running faster than ever.
Brought the computer in to him yesterday afternoon and he called me with it all done mid day today.

They repaired my Lenovo laptop that was giving me issues. Luke called me with an update at the estimated time he said he would call, every time I called the shop they answered and were helpful. They fixed my laptop and were in communication with me throughout the process.

I was really nervous about bringing my computer in the first time, I have important financial information on my computer so it was important to me that I found someone reliable. They were very friendly and professional and I have since recommended them to a few friends. They're also surprisingly fast, I've been here a few times and they've never taken more than a day.

Provided quick in-house soldering service for a Macbook Air logic board connector that had been dislodged, and at a very reasonable (and competitive) price! The rep was quick to diagnose the issue and provide a quote. I got my computer back within hours of dropping it off, and everything has been working great for the last couple of months. Highly recommend!

Fix it or ditch it and move on to new technology? Luke at CM helped me work out what direction to ultimately go in when I was considering whether or not my machine was worthy of saving. When I decided to repair the hard drive on my Mac Luke handled it and was even able to save my data from the old drive. He was thorough and answered all of my questions without condescension or judgement. I have my machine back and it's purring along beautifully. I'd go to Computer Mechanics with just about any technology issues without hesitation and will be recommending to all of my friends that need tech services. I have been putting off getting my desktop PC updated to windows 10 from windows 7 since service for that os was dropped months ago. When I brought my computer in Luke was very friendly and professional. He gave me an estimate and didn't try to upsell, overcharge, or pressure me in to unecessary upgrades. The service was done much more quickly than I would have expected and I have had no issues whatsoever since. I will definitely be returning if the need arises. Thank you, Luke.

I've used their services twice now for two different things, and both times I was met with hospitality and transparent pricing. A good, honest business with people who know what they're doing and are willing to work with you. I recommend them and will continue to go back to them when needed.

I bought a desktop computer from these guys earlier this year. Completely satisfied with purchase, saved a lot of money rather than going to best buy. I've been able to pick up odds and ends at the store, too; they have a great selection of misc computer supplies for being a small shop. I very much value the time the owner has spent answering my questions, and helping me keep my machine up to speed.

Great place! Luke was very professional and kind when I took a VR headset to be fixed there. He actually did beyond what he had to do just to make sure my item would work as it should. Price was fair and I would definitely come back there for any kind of tech service I may need in the future!

I had a great experience. My issue was handled quickly and professionally while I waited. What I thought was going to be the end of my laptop turned out to be a minor issue. I wasn't charged any fees. I wasn't sold anything I didn't need. They have earned a return visit the next time I have an issue. Highly recommend.

I'm so grateful my friend referred me to this place. They are prompt, affordable, conscientious and polite. They did a great job cleaning up an old PC I have and reorganizing the files so it runs so much faster. They did it in half the time and for half the price of a big box store I used before. I'm not super tech savvy so it meant a lot when they told me I could call for tech advice regarding the repair if I needed it. Highly recommend.

I came into the shop because I needed a power cable for my monitor. When provided the model, the associate was able to find the correct cable that I needed. Great service!

Took my laptop in after it wouldn't start due to a power outage. I thought it had been fried. Selected Computer Mechanics because they have a free estimate. The young man opened it up, took some stuff out, moved some stuff around (see how much I know about computers) and it started right up. Took all of 10 minutes and was complimentary (probably felt sorry for me :) ). I highly recommend them for your computer needs and will be referring all my friends.
