I came into the lab today for a breath and blood test and Latese performed the labs. she was AMAZING! so kind and she drew my blood in absolutely no time- im almost always dehydrated so its very hard to find a vein- but she was done in 10 seconds! She kept me informed about what we were doing and talked to me, which may not sound like much but as someone who is in hospital pretty often it was really nice to have someone who just wanted to talk! Thank you Latese!

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Every one is upbeat and caring. They listen to the patient.

Good services. Found these seed pods fallen from the tree outside the front of the building. A nurse there saw the one that I carried in, and was kind enough to just get this bag for me to collect more on the way out. A naturalist herself, she was going to collect some for crafting as well.

Excellent staff! Very kind and professional. I was very nervous after bad experiences in healthcare, especially going under anesthesia while pregnant, but all staff with this department were wonderful. Offering warm blankets and explaining procedures thoroughly. Baby is safe. I have the information I need upon discharge and I am very happy with the level of care and professionalism from the staff here.

It's very convenient that this place is not only connected to the main hospital but it also contains its own amenities such as its own Java Joe's and it's own information desk. They have their own COVID checkpoint for this building. There's even a pharmacy/gift shop. A true one stop shop for your doctor appointment, if you want it to be!

Very nice facility, easy to navigate, but if you do have a problem, they have helpful information desk that actually has a person to help. I took my mother for an issue, & she got lost ( I had her leave as I finished the check-out process). They hunted me down & re-united us very quickly.

Best hospital and only hospital for my family! With St. Joseph’s teams of excellent doctors and staff you will always be in great hands! When it comes to them, they take the worry out of being sick, with the utmost respect and quick treatments no matter what your insurance is.
They have an amazing coffee shop, which was lovely. They had beautiful baked goods from frittata to muffins and fresh bagels! BUT OH THE COFFEE options!!! Stop in! Treat yourself maybe even your nurses! But you won’t be let down!
If you get time check out the gift shop, some really beautiful items at great prices! Let your fears melt away with St Joesph and their staff you will always be in excellent hands with the best surgeons, ER doctors, and nurses around! 💯💜🙏🏻

I have ever known, and I'm from Naples. FL., where you'd
think would be great, but it ain't! you are treated personally
and professionally, not a statistic. they saved my life twice.

There is Good Doctors, testing & imaging facilities, along with a quality Gift Shop & Pharmacy's available. They have large parking lots with large drop off area with Handicap & wheelchair access into all their buildings. They also offer shuttle bus assistance & have plenty of lighting.

However many Doctor offices need to be updated with Handicap, easy access doors. Also most of their Restrooms need to update Handicap Restroom Access entirely. They need easier Handicap door access, larger Handicap stalls for easy wheelchair access, Handicap toilets that are taller then short toilets that available now & they need better Handicap sink access too.

The staff are friendly. And visiting is quick and easy! They help alot with the patient.

I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Park at the Pain Institute at St. Joe's for years. They moved to the Reichert Building about a year ago. Dr. Park and the entire staff are fantastic and the new facility at Reichert is very nice.

I have a team of 12 doctors in this building. This is the second time around for my cancer. And my best doctor is Dr. Jan akervall. He's a ENT oncology surgeon

Outstanding healthcare in one location. Specialty care, lab and radiology services available, as well as a pharmacy and gift shop.

The lot locations are little confusing. Took 15 minutes to find lot K. Otherwise, easy access in and out. Ample amount of spaces.

Beautiful building !! Staff was warm and knowledgeable. I felt better just walking in the door...
