I had forgotten to pay a month without realizing it putting my account up for auction but Sophia helped me figure it all out and was very understanding and patient. My family is moving into a new house recently and the windstorm destroyed the garage we were planning on storing our belongings in.
We were helped by Sopia, she made sure that we got the best deal and situation for my family, I couldn't have ask for a more pleasant person to work with.
Convenient location, clean secure facilities that the property owner is actively investing in, but the greatest quality as a customer I found was their value! They are extremely competitive and are not afraid to do what it takes to bring in quality customers as well as embrace challenges that these customers may have.

I saw this place while driving by. Checked reviews, because of the dirty motels close by/ and next door.
Went in, met Sophie, got a pamphlet, looked at a 5x5 and came back a few weeks later.
I read and looked at others in the area, this place is extremely convenient, outside of the construction that is currently everywhere you turn.
Sophie, is great, so welcoming and funny. We ended up with a 10x10 instead. It’s a well lit place when having to drop off in the evening, also it make it feel more secure. Thanks again Sophie!!

Sophia the new manager (40600 Michigan ave location) was super helpful and amazing today! She took care of a problem we were having in minutes. She was a great listener and made sure I left confident storing my property with StorRoom.

Signed up for a unit online, arrived at the location and the wonderful staff answered all my questions and made me aware of the lock-type requirements. Never had an issue accessing the property.
Picking up my belongings and stopping the rental of the unit was quick and easy, again, thanks to the staff.

Personal very friendly and unit worked out very well.

Stephone was probably the nicest most helpful man to ever rent me anything. Definitely a good place to get a storage place. In these times id take good customer service and slightly higher prices over cheap and quick all. day. every. day.

Great experience, I had gotten appliances and not ready to use them, so I was last minute looking for a storage area that was month to month without the high price. I found it, very friendly person named Stephannie helped me, wasn’t sure what size I needed so she took the time to show me a few sizes and I unloaded and I was off. Will recommend to everyone.

I went in today and needed extra special help and Sophia was wonderful! She gave me the best service and treated me like I was her family. I will never forget! Thank you so much! I will refer everyone I know here!!!!

Stephanie was super helpful today!
I reserved a 10'x30' unit last weekend for two cars. When I arrived today to store them for the Winter, we found that someone had stashed some scaffolding and painting supplies in our space. So while we grabbed breakfast nearby, Stephanie hauled the stuff out with her own car and readied our space for us. She even waived the admin fee for our trouble. Great customer service!

I own Motor City Movers and I store for customers all the time. I always find this storage to be professional and clean. Great security and accommodation is excellent. Stephanie is great and always does an excellent job helping me. I highly recommend this storage facility.
