Kohl's

i was by myself and i had time to look around. no one bothered me. i took all to dressing room, tried on all. decided what i wanted, went to the desk and a very friendly girl helped me. i asked her to tell me prices of each item, which she did. and i was very satisfied with everything. the girl was very helpful and at my age, i really appreciate this.

She found a dress she wanted, and did not pay a arm, and a leg. So yes it was a good trip. The checkout lady was very pleasant too. So you get a 10.

A great store with massive variety in clothes, shoes and kitchenware. The prices are amazingly low when sales are advertised, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The style is clean and contemporary.

I lost something in the mall and they actually went back and looked in their "lost and found" for it. They didn't find my lost item, but were very nice.

Although this Kohls isn't as big as others I've shopped in, I'm always able to find something I want. The employees are always very friendly and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to check out.

In Bemidji, MN, Kohl's is a welcoming retail gem. I was so impressed with all the employees: greeting everyone at the door with genuine smiles, assisting in finding what shoppers need, cleaning and sanitizing check-out and service areas between every transaction, and keeping a lovely retail space well-stocked, organized and clean. You can tell people here care about their business AND their customers.

Salespeople are great and seem to like their job.

She was such a help to me, finding just what I was looking for but couldn't find. I could not praise her enough for the help she gave me!

The store itself is set up very nice. The shelves and racks are neat and orderly.
It is very clean, even the bathrooms.
People are friendly and helpful.

I was surprised at the quality of their mens and big mens departments. I bought several mens shirts and jeans. They have all held up well washing in cold water and tumble drying. They are about nine months old and still look new.

We were looking for a little boy's pair of wide tennis shoes most of the tennis shoes were too narrow for his feet we found a pair with no tag with them and a young lady was so helpful she went out of her way and stopped her lunch and helped us find the tag for the shoes even though it wasn't her department the other lady that was in there told us I'm on lunch and walked away she was in the shoe department

We waited an hour in line for a Nintendo Switch for Black Friday and they didn't have any this ruined our day 😭 Edit: Kohl's is very nice they did a in store transaction because we emailed them that we were disappointed and they followed through and we got our Switch 😃

A Store I sincerely hope survived economic tides of change.

It's a great app for when you want to find stores and stuff or somewhere to sleep or somewhere to go find coffee or go to the truck stop or something

They closed at 8 PM. Store was clean, very helpful employees. Felt very safe and comfortable shopping there.

There always seems to be some snag is processing the multitude of discounts applied to my purchases, but the staff always handles it quickly and professionally.

Employees are polite, patient, and pro-active when one needs their help. Appreciate their efforts.
