Found a lot of great deals. JC Penney had a very good selection of clothes and sizes. Their super sales racks were packed so tightly, I couldn't get to the clothes without removing 10 items so I could search the rack. I was lucky, the store wasn't very busy when I was there in early afternoon. It's a busy store.

I'll call the store about the high water pressure at the drinking fountain. I didn't think anyone used those awful toilet seat covers anymore and no, I didn't buy it.

There's always good deals here and it's conveniently located inside the mall. Plenty of changing rooms around the store so you don't have to spend forever trying to find one. Staff is typically really friendly and approachable if you have any questions. One of the better clothing stores in Bemidji for sure. ☺

Sephora in JCP is great. The staff is always so helpful and professional, kind and attentive. I appreciate how they treat my kids when we go in there as well as how they interact with their customers. I went to look for a gift for my wife, and even though they did not carry the item instore, the sales person helped me find the product online and we ordered it right to our home. Solid experience. Kudos

I have always liked shopping at Penneys. I usually find what I want. Good clean store a little lacking in staff but things are neat, well placed, good signage you can easily find what you need.

I couldn't find a pretty dress to fit my not so pretty body. I waljed into Penney's tried on a total of 6 dresses and bought the first one I tried on! I love it & the way it fits me! The staff were VERY helpful, fun & honest. I love the new JC Penneys in Bemidji, MM!!

I had to exchange 3 pair of sweat pants that were a gift and they were very cooperative. Thank you it's appreciated
