They’ve always taken really good care of me, helped me get accurate estimates when I need to balance things out, and been so kind and encouraging of my dental health and care. I have had dental offices in the past that have made me feel guilty or embarrassed or anxious, but Washtenaw Dental staff have listened to my fears and always been so kind and comforting. The lengths that has gone to reduce my dental anxiety is huge and it’s so appreciated.

Most relaxing trip to the dentist I’ve ever had! Dr Hassan and team are extremely friendly and take the time to listen and answer questions. Went in for a root canal, didn’t feel a thing. Very professional, very caring. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

As this is my review from my 1st visit as a new patient, I can purely say that this dentist is by far the best I’ve been to since living in Michigan! They were so kind to me and reassuring of my dental plan, as my anxiety was at an all time high. I’m excited to start my dental treatment plan with them and can’t wait to see what’s in store! I would recommend 10/10 ultimately on experience, precision, clarity, patient care, & reasonable pricing 👍🏽

Highly recommend the office. Kind and very friendly staff, accommodating me with my urgent care in timely matter.
I can’t recommend Dr. Hassan enough, he explained every detail about the procedure ( crown) and frequently asked me if I have experienced any pain. He was very gentle and I didn’t feel any discomfort during the whole visit.
The dental assistant Lori was also very helpful and did everything to make sure I am comfortable.
The office is super clean and spacious.

Let me preface this review with multiple horror story dental experiences at other dental offices. I was so traumatized to even go to the dentist. Alyssa and Dr. Donoho completely changed that and I cannot recommend them enough! I’ve had crowns, cavities filled and cleanings here and when I tell you everything was comfortable and near painless! I now live in Chicago but I travel 4 hours to go see them.

I would like to thank Alyssa who helped me with my Invisalign case. My smile was severely distorted and I didn’t even like to show any teeth when I smiled. Years later I have no issues doing a big laugh without covering my mouth. I’m not sure if she realizes it but she talks with so much passion when she does the treatment. You can really tell she loves what she does and I felt so taken care of the entire treatment plan. I think of her as more of an artist with teeth rather than just a regular orthodontis/dentist.

Me when I had to get my tooth removed. He made sure I was good and numb first and kept checking in with me every step of the way. I was so apprehensive about going to the dentist because my teeth are very bad and I had terrible experiences in the past but this wasn’t the case at washtenaw dental. They were great and I can’t wait to start my teeth journey :)

This is by far the best dental office I’ve been too. I’ve been going to Washtenaw dental for over 20 yrs. They have Always been friendly, and accommodating going the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. What a great group of people from the front desk to the dentist.

Everyone was great. Shelby explained everything she was doing and more. Dr. Hassan also explained everything very well. Both were patient with my questions and both were very gentle. I came in with a briken tooth and they careful explained all my options to me. And I really wanted to know the how and why if everything. A friend recommended them to me and they were top notch! The receptionists also.

Truly the best dentist office I’ve ever been to and the only thing that would make me leave is if I move too far. I have been coming here for 6 years now. The staff has stayed pretty consistent. Extremely friendly. Chrissy at the front desk is just the absolute sweetest! All of that plus their amazing serenity menu. If you have any fears of coming to the dentist, this is the office to come to. Complimentary warming blankets, noice cancelling headphones or soft serene music. Heck I fell asleep while getting a filling one time. I promise that if you come here, you’ll never go to another dentist again.

New patient to the practice here (but long-time patient of Dr. Hassan), experience was great. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Misha took the time to explain each part of the procedure and both she and Dr. Hassan patiently answered questions and made me feel at ease. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to Washtenaw Dental since 1998. Always treated with respect and never had any issues. My kids have been going there as well. They truly care about their clients. I remember when my youngest daughter had a loose baby tooth when she was 5 years old. It was wiggling and she didn't want me to pull it. She said mommy i want my dentist to pull my tooth not you. I still laugh about that now and she is 20. If that doesn't convince you to give them a try, I'm not sure what will. Lol

I had not been to the dentist in over 10 years. I was very anxious about the treatment etc. I cannot rave enough about my experience. They were so sensitive and kind. I especially liked my hygienist. I wish I remembered her name, but she had reddish hair and a slight build. I will forever remember this as a favorable experience because of her, I had been avoiding a dentist visit for a long time and was glad to have been recommended this office.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out at Washtenaw dentistry. They were gentle with the procedure and my recovery time was quick. The staff were wonderful and patient. I will be going back as a regular patient and am very calm about. Definitely in good hands.

If you are struggling to find a good dentist like I was I would recommend you to this one 100 times if I could, the service was outstanding, the staff was more than polite and the Dentist/Dr will give you the up most respect and reassurance you deserve, like I said this is the BEST Dental office I have ever seen and or came across I wouldn’t hesitate on booking with them

I'm autistic and due to my struggles with dental care, I had not been to the dentist in over five years when I went here.

Everyone was AMAZING! The waiting room was very organized and relaxing, with big windows. The paperwork I filled out online ahead of time was easy, and I was only waiting for about 5-10 minutes.

The dentist and assistants were all so kind and patient and explained what they were going to do before they did it. This was a great experience for me and I'm excited to go back here in the future!

My wife and I decided to go to Washtenaw Dental even though they’re out of network for my insurance. The staff is amazing and works with my insurance and my needs to create an affordable dental plan. They’re not like like some of the corporate dental offices in the area that want to get as much out of you as they can. The offices are nice and they are very patient focused. Also I like that doctor Omar played different music other than country music during my procedure… which actually made my procedure painless.

This is the most professional dental facility EVER! From front desk, hygienist & the doctors are superb. Well organized and spotless. I recommend them to everyone I know. Take your families here. You will be happy you did.
