This hair is the truth. I have tried many companies over the years. Reigning does not tangle at the neck it does not shred. The doggone hair lasts at least a year - it's just simply amazing. I am in distress when I cannot get my Reigning Hair. I am usually always strapped with bundles but when I mix a closure with this hair that does not belong to Reigning you can always see the superiority of this hair over any. Owner is great and willing to work with you. As for the comments about dying and processing. Well. Don't. Can't expect it to stay in it's natural state if you're pouring chemicals on it. It's already perfection. I guarantee you at least a year out of this hair if you take good care of it. #Ocean Prime Wave.

I have been wearing Reigning virgin hair for over 2 years now and it is nothing short of amazing. The hair is of great quality very little shedding and no tangling and it last for a very long time. I still wear my two year old hair and it still looks amazing. I will definitely be a customer for life!!!

I have purchased reigning virgin hair for the past three years. I still have four bundles that are in great condition. The hair is tangle free, soft, and no shedding.. Everything I need😍. I wash my hair over and over and still to this day I can wear my old bundles..

I purchased 2 bundles and I truly love this body wave, the hair is so soft and the curls are awesome! The customer service is A1, it's a very clean and professional atmosphere! We will most definitely be back to buy more bundles

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!! I went here to get my Malaysian hair bundles and closure (not from this company) dyed by their company. I asked for a honey blonde and received I from them a auburn color for the weaving and a dark brown closure piece. Two colors that don't match and she still gave it to me, saying that she couldn't lift the closure to color we agreed on. I was charged $90 up front for the services and after voicing my displeasure, she did not stand behind her services. After receiving the dark brown closure, I purchased a box dye and dyed he closure myself, which now matches the weaving hair. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE...There are MANY other great hair companies.

This review is more about the customer service than the product. I've been buying hair of and on here since 2013. I bought 3 bundles of the kinky curly. I also wanted it dyed red which cost $90 in addition to the bundle price. I didn't know until after, that the owner was not a professional stylist or colorist. There are no signs or disclosures that reveal this fact.

The color I ended up with was not what I wanted but it wasn't ugly. The owner said I could go home and put an olia dye on it to get it closer to what I wanted. So on top of what I paid her to do it, I spent $30 on 3 more boxes of dye and went home and colored it myself. However when I the bundles up 2 of the 3 were drastically different curls than the others. They in way resembled kinky curly. I asked the owner about it and she guaranteed me that the curl would come back. Shealso admitted that she "worked" those two more than the other. Also earlier she did say that any time you color hair the curl falls a bit but this curl was totally changed. I colored the hair again at home and conditioned it and still no change. I am not a stylist so I'm thinking that it will do what the owner said eventually.

When I did go to get it installed the professional said that this hair had been over processed and damaged which is why the curls were gone. She even pointed out a blonde streak proving that point. She did not want to install it and said if she did she would have to do a lot to make it look right and cut my longest bundle which still which was now a crimp. She said the owner of the hair should really make it right and exchange it. There are signs in the reigning virgin store that says no exchanges or returns so I thought I was out of luck. After a few conversations with the owner she agreed to replace them but it was certainly begrudgingly. She made me feel she was doing me a favor saying you would never be able to return colored hair to a beauty supply store and she would have to find what to do with it because it could no longer be marketed as virgin hair. However I did not damage the hair and was not asking for money back.

It was not convenient to ask for them to be replaced. I needed the hair for an event and did not have it as a result of it being replaced because it had to be ordered. On top of all that I was going to buy $400 dollars more worth of hair in different curls on her Black Friday sale. However it had also been brought to my attention that I had also thrown $90 down the drain on the dye job which I had not been satisfied with in any way and which was really the catalyst of all the issues. So I asked if the $90 could be credited toward the $400 I was going to spend on the other hair? She basically said no and said to just buy the hair and we will talk about exchanges and things later. But she had a hard time replacing damaged hair. Why would I drop that kind of money and you might do some discounting? So that's over $100 dollars wasted (remember the olia i went and purchased after the "professional" dye job) I like the owner and I like the hair but I think with all her blessing she has forgotten some humanity. I am a single mother and I work hard and save to get my hair so I can't blow money on what should be sure product and customer service. When the hair finally arrived there was no real friendliness from the assistant like when I was spending money. she just passed me my hair and said here you go and walked off. Now I know ☹
