North Hydro Park

Nice, quiet place. Good for family picnic. It is clean, has bathrooms and small shelter area, benches/ tables and grills that are well spread out and light flowing river. There's also a small Dam. You'll find quite a few people fishing there because of park's calm environment. If you're into photography, it is somewhat scenic and it has good variety of birds. Overall a good park to visit if you live 20-25 away. There are also 4 other parks close by, within 5-10 mins.

So so beautiful here with the water and the fall colors! Very small park, just a short walk, and some benches ,not much else to do .

Stopped by whil in the area. Its a very beautiful park! It was very clean while I was here, and the trails were very nice and we'll maintained.

Beautiful, clean and peaceful park. Easy access to fishing spots and has picnic tables, hiking trails and restrooms.

Nice quiet, clean park. The trails are paved and pretty smooth, very accessible, even the fishing pier has a ramp on one end and stairs on the other. There are benches, picnic tables (some have wheelchair spots) and some grills, and one pavillion with power, and bathrooms (but they were closed for the season, so I couldn't check them out). There is a canoe launch area (small boats you can carry, not a boat launch where you can drive a trailer into the water.) There are educational signs all along the trails. Even though it was a nice sunny Sunday, it was really quiet, but the parking lot seems big enough to accommodate quite a lot of cars. I will definitely come here again, would be a lovely place to come for lunch and a walk.

Great place to walk the dog. Do some fishing and just relax.

This is a well-maintained, easily walkable township park along the Hueon River. Good fishing carve outs at several points along the paths. Lots of places to picnic and a few charcoal grills as well.

Only busy when ppl off work, half mile walk around main area where bathroom and pavilion are located.
Other trails that I have not explored.

This place, bro. I swear. Why'd I never come here before?
When I went here, it was barren except a fisherman. There seems to be some sort of construction in the front of the park, but it didn't hinder the park experience.
There's a trail that follows the river that's just so pretty. I saw ducks. Ducks!! Another cool part about this park is that there's a bridge sort of thing so you could farther out to the water. Sorta like a dock, but not.
This place also has really good bathrooms.
One really weird thing about this park though it there's a path that leads to basically nowhere. It say 'prairie' on the sign-map at the park, but it's basically nothing. Not recommended to go there in a storm.

Nice park with good walking paths along the river and nice sitting areas. Quiet and beautiful scenery

Played disc golf at Lakeshore today. New lay out is great and will only get better with time. Ben and Terry have really put together an outstanding course with plenty of difficult wooded holes mixed with big open crushes. The shorts will challenge you and the longs will keep you honest. Hope to see you out there.

Love walking around this park. Has some nice views. Also a good place to play Pokémon go!

Love this park very much
I have been walking here for 5 years and it is always clean. Grass is always mowed and there are very few Canadian geese. Especially enjoy the egrets and blue herons.

Been going for 18 plus years on that river...great place to slow down and relax..and forget that you're in the city...bring the kiddos..barbecue...fishing ..walk the dog...ride a bike on the track...you got what I'm sayin....

This park is gorgeous!

Its a nice little park with a nice bike path. Its right next to the river and is beautiful. I longboard here and take my dogs here frequently.
