I love that this beauty supply is foundational black American owned. They were very helpful and prices was better than other beauty supplies. I will never talk bad about a FBA business considering we need a lot more. Customer service was on point. Conversation was nice. Products was good. What else can you ask for. Will tell family and friends.

I love this place!! First and foremost, it is indeed BLACK OWNED!!! They have reasonable prices and always have GREAT customer service! This was shopping trip for the day lol. I'm gonna put some locks in my boyfriend's hair! 🤤🥰

I never knew this store existed until I needed to make an emergency stop. I’m happy I did! This black owned business was clean friendly and inviting, not to mention the excellent customer service. Full line of natural beauty products and everything else one could think of. Thanks for not following me around the store, thanks for not having all of your products locked up and thanks for killing the stereotype. We can run a successful business with great customer service. I stayed in that store longer than I should’ve. I love this store!

I had a wonderful shopping experience in this beauty supply store. I felt safe and comfortable! The staff were helpful, kind,professional, and very accommodating! I look forward to my next visit! I just wished they enforced the mask policy since the covid-19 numbers are increasing! Other than that I will tell my friends to patronize this establishment especially since its Black owned! I have a far drive to this beauty supply store but definitely worth it!

Love it here I drive 15 min when its one right next door just to come support the ladies. Black owned, family owned, and fully stocked every time i come here! This is the only spot i get my press on nails from they are soo cute!

I had the pleasure of stumbling across this hidden gem! The entire staff was kind and friendly and helped me find a great substitute for the hair I was looking for. The store is clean and prices are great. The biggest highlight of shopping here was that I was able to support a black-owned beauty supply in the city. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

SUPER impressed! Marcel and the other gentlemen there were class acts. They spoke with every customer and they were familiar with the location of all the products. I've been shopping at Beauty Supply Stores since I was a kid and never have I been this impressed by customer service.

The Store was Clean, organized, well stocked and great pricing. I walked out expecting to spend at least 30% more than what I paid.

I found out today that a former beauty supply place I used to buy my beauty supplies over 8 years ago is now owned by Crescent Beauty Supply, and I was very happy! The customer service from Latoya was great, and I found what I was looking for and more. I will purchase all my beauty needs at this location starting today. Make sure to read the quote on the side of the building from Maya Angelou.

At last, a beauty supply business the Community can be proud of and support because the customer service is great and fully stocked to meet all your needs. You do not have to go to the beauty supply store on the same block as Crescent Beauty.

Awesome customer service!~ My stylist wanted me to buy a type of hair. I was nervous to call because sometimes asking questions makes people upset. But not here; they told me about all the different brands that make that type of hair and asked me to call my stylist to make sure I got the right one. Also, I let the lady (I didn't get her name, forgive me) know that I wasn't feeling well and would send my husband to pick it up. The lady wished me a speedy recovery and made sure I got everything that I needed. Now I'm on my way up there to pick up some more stuff!

Good shopping experience. Great prices, good customer service, and clean store. I like to shop where I'm not stared down or made to feel like I'm going to steal something for a dollar. Plus its black owned. I love it

I finally got a chance to check out Detroit’s Black one Beauty Supply and I LOVED IT. I couldn’t find a hair and the sales lady went downstairs and found some. Stop playing with me..... yes customer service to the highest. Recommended was great Attitudes was Great. I’ll be back.

They had exactly what I needed. It was nice and clean. And the young lady that assisted me was very nice. She went to check on a price with no problem and even went back to grab another item when I said I needed two!

The best beauty supply ever!!! They are very very relatable, they care about your needs more so than your money. I’ve witness Crescent associates allow a elderly woman with mobility restrictions to remain seated while associate shopped for the products she needed even offering her water while she waited.
