I am a 69 year old. I went here petrified of the whole dental process. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. From the initial greeting to the final checkout everything was exceptional. I will highly recommend to anyone needing service.

Everyone at Packard Family Dentistry is wonderful. They were able to see me on short notice as a new patient. My cleaning was gentle and thorough. They explained my dental needs / next steps fully and answered any questions I had. Everyone I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule follow up appointments with ease. They were even very understanding when I goofed up my appointment time one day. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Packard Family Dentistry and would recommend them to anyone.

My visit was a pleasant experience. The staff that I met Jen, Lauri, and Audy all worked well as team. Doc Alsameria is thorough and informative on what to expect for each visit.

My former dentist retired during Covid and so I haven’t been to the dentist since 2019. Decided to take a chance with the new husband and wife dentist team at Packard Family Dentisty and gotta say it was a great call. Great cleaning and exam by Theresa(as usual).Dr. Laith was awesome on my follow up visit for fillings and had me out in less than an hour. Audi, the dental assistant, was very calming and put me at ease too. Front desk team Jen and Emma were great to set up my referrals to see specialists.
So glad I stayed with PFD.

EVERYONE at Packard Family Dentistry is fantastic. The front desk ladies are extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. The dental team always makes sure you’re comfortable. Hygienist’s Tasha and Theresa we’re superb and made sure I had no discomfort at all. And Dr. A was very patient with my dental anxiety.
This is the first time in my life I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

This was my second visit at this facility, and both times I have experienced nothing but quality service. Front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. The dental staff are thorough in their work, and they did a wonderful job explaining what procedure/action they were about to perform. I have had no problems with scheduling appointments, though I recognize that this may vary depending on what you are going in for.

Amazing customer service! Staff was incredibly welcoming, patient, and understanding of my emergency situation. Got me in same day and worked with me to make a treatment plan asap. Only good things to say about the whole experience! Would absolutely recommend!

I have a phobia of the dentist I would not go for years. My sister is a dental assistant and she told me I need to go every 6 months. My coworker told me to go to here so I did, I’ve been coming here since 2021. They make me comfortable every time my phobia is not too bad anymore. I’m still going every six months. I'm so happy with my experiences with the dentists at Packard Family Dentistry. Both docs and the entire staff are kind and caring and very good at their jobs.They respect my time and I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two for my appointment. My crown replacement went smooth and fast with minimal discomfort. I cannot recommend this family practice highly enough, they're wonderful.

After researching local dental offices and reading bios of staff I decided to try Packard Family Dentistry. I am more than happy I chose this dental practice! Starting with the call to make an appointment and care provided during appointments, I can say they are consistently professional, friendly and thorough. I truly appreciate their attention to detail when reviewing my insurance coverage and developing a clear treatment plan. I have already referred my husband and he has his first appointment later this month. I have follow up appointments scheduled and can’t say enough about the great care I have experienced to date. I have been taking my family to this dentist office for a few years now and we found Packard Dentistry after having a terrible experience with a couple other dentist offices including other natural/holistic dentists in the area. I appreciate the evidence based dental care while keeping a holistic approach. We’ve had safe filling amalgam removals here which is hard to find. I also trust this office with my kids and overall have had a very positive experience. Everyone is friendly and the office has a great welcoming atmosphere.

Going to the dentist is not my favorite outing, but Packard Family Dentistry is such a nice, very clean & pleasant atmosphere that it’s easy to forget your anxiety regarding dentist. I actually look forward to seeing Theresa, my dental hygienist, because I love sharing our family experiences. She’s gentle and caring and makes my teeth cleaning experience so much less traumatic than I always anticipate.

Dr. Rashid has given me extraordinary dental care. I came in to have an to have an old crown replaced, and found that I was having issues with other crowns that were not fitted properly by previous dentists. I also had some old silver fillings removed and replaced with safer material that won’t crack my teeth requiring more crowns.

Today, my gums no longer bleed when I brush, I can floss comfortably, and I have no more sensitivity and discomfort from poor fitting crowns. The final touch is Invisalign Treatment which is almost completed. I am beyond pleased with my care from Dr. Rashid and the amazing staff at Packard Family Dentistry.

I just happened to come upon a brochure for Packard Family Dentistry, after I learned I might need gum surgery from another practice. The surgery was a week away and I needed a second opinion. Dr. A saw me right away and gave me the absolute low-down on my problem and multiple scenarios to choose from for solving it. He was totally honest, engaged, warm, humorous and kind. He helped me immensely. He is hands-down the most thorough, thoughtful and pleasant dentist I've ever met.

I’m so pleased with the skill, professionalism and friendliness of everyone at Packard Family Dentistry. I’ve been their patient for years. They do quality work. The space is clean. The equipment is modern. They are so skilled with pain management. I just got two temporary crowns. I didn’t feel any pain. The staff are all very kind, friendly and supportive. I’ve never had anything but top notch care here. I highly recommend!

Love Dr A and his staff at Packard Family Dentistry!! Everyone is so friendly and nice. It goes a long way when you have a child who is not yet comfortable and they make the experience less intimidating! It’s so much easier now than ever before

Had a filling that needed fixing and Dr. Al-Samerai (not sure on the spelling) was awesome! Painless, fast, and it feels so much better. He was able to squeeze me in before I went on vacation for a week so I was so grateful! Would recommend

The staff at Packard Family Dentistry were very professional. I had a crown break, and they were able to get me in right away.My appointment was right on time, a little bit early even! The staff was very concerned with my comfort, making sure the numbing medicine had taken effect, and even giving me more when it had started to wear off. My children and myself have gone here for years, and it is the same great care and service that I have come to expect. Thanks Dr. A, and all your staff too!

What a wonderful Dental Practice!!! I had a great experience yesterday. Dr. A is such a sweet, kind, caring dentist. He also does excellent work!! His assistants and staff are just as kind and caring also. My hygienist is awesome!! I drive 50 minutes to go there and it is well worth the drive. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me yesterday

I am so thankful I found this place. The staff and both Dentist are extremely kind. They care about their patients, they use the best products out there and skip out on the toxic stuff ( ex fluoride). All the rooms and bathrooms are spotless and clean. Air purifiers are on in every room and everyone wears masks.

I came here after my lifelong dentist retired and one of those corporate chain dentistry companies took over his office. I thought I’d test them out. Upon my first visit there they told me my teeth were so bad I need 3 crowns. It was going to cost $15,000 with insurance! I went for a second opinion here at Packers Family Dental and was told my teeth just needed fillings. They explained everything and told me in the future I might need crowns but for now I did not. It was only $120 with my insurance. I was so relieved I found a place that cares about saving my teeth and saving me pain and money !
