I absolutely love this Dunkin’ Donuts location never have to wait the service is always very fast and Jordan,Devonis,Tia,brea are always very friendly

Super friendly staff and they made me the best chai tea latte I have ever had.

I come here fairly often and am overall happy with their service. I really like the iced vanilla latte they have and their food is overall good. The people that work here are always friendly. Compared to other Dunkin’ locations this is one of the better ones around. I guess my only complaint would be is that the prices are kind of high, but I guess it’s like that anywhere nowadays with the prices of everything going up.

Get an orange cranberry muffin, they are amazing. The staff was very friendly. They were fast and good prices. The people I was with tried the cookie butter cold brew and they greatly enjoyed it. The cold brew did not come with creamer but there was no problem adding it

I ordered through the app because this location can get busy. The maple bacon was great, donut holes were fresh, and the hazelnut pumpkin coffee was still hot when I picked it up.
Cashier at the window was very friendly, and took the time to make sure she gave me extra napkins. She was genuinely nice and I wish I'd gotten her name to give her kudos for being so sweet!

Gotta love Dunkin. Donuts are consistent. Folks behind the counter provide the entertainment, and every Dunkin foyer/lobby/front area is always at least 30 degrees off from ambient.

For the first time in a couple of years, I had the best donuts here ever! They actually had cream in them and they were delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful. The best experience I've had at this Dunkin Donuts ever!

Great service! Their latte machine was broken so the gentleman recommended a cold brew which was delightful! Thanks so much for the suggestion! They were so nice when we got to the window as well.

Im here 5 days a week. The girl thats always here at 620 am is the most friendly, kind and patient person ever. What a great worker. Foods always good too but service is better.

Clean and spacious, very well laid out, inviting and comfortable. That was my immediate impression . Then I was told only pick up and window service. Other then that this place does a lot of good business.

I drive 15 minutes almost every Sunday to get my veggie egg white flatbread and our coffees even though there is a Tim Horton's right down the street. My boyfriend and I love the coffee and sandwiches. I haven't always had the best service but the good service I've had makes up for it. I'm picky about how my food is made and they always do a great job acknowledging my requests. Love me some Dunkin.

I'm not from Michigan but this is one of my spots to go to for my fresh coffee. Never made me a bad cup of coffee. Makes it exactly how I like it too. Satisfied customer over here.

Trina is an absolutely awesome employee! I watched her interact with a customer who was absolutely awful. She kept her cool was completely considerate. She is an asset to this DD and to anywhere she would work! Keep up the awesome attitude Trina!

Who doesn't like donuts and coffee? This Dunkin always has quick service, and they generally make a good selection of donuts. Get your caffeine and sugar fix on the run!

Dunkin Donuts coffee cant be beat, and sometimes you just need a Dunkin Donuts morning. If stopping in the morning the drive-thru can be slow, so give yourself extra time. If you are going anytime from 11:00am or later it ia easy to get in and out quickly, drive-thru or otherwise.

Quick service and good quality. So glad this DD is in Chelsea. We need one in Dexter now!
