I cannot express how helpful the employees at this store are. I went in with a complicated issue and the woman I spoke with just ... problem solved until it was taken care of. Truly top notch. I will be checking here first for every hardware related need I have in the future. Thank you again!

Today I overstepped my lung capacity with the number of beach balls I needed to inflate. I had heard that ACE potentially had an air compressor available for use. When I walked in, I was immediately assisted with the task. Andrew even asked if he could carry a couple arm fulls out to my car so that I wasn't stuck chasing beach balls down the street after dropping them. ACE is genuinely the most helpful place!

Local hardware store with a nice selection of items. I find it very convenient to have a place close to home to get the supplies I need without having to drive 30 minutes away. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to offer advice. I highly recommend checking Ypsi Hardware out especially when you need something in a pinch. 🔨 🔧

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I (poorly) described what I needed and they were able to show me the exact parts that were required. I've been to other hardware stores and have been met with near hostility due to my lack of knowledge, but this place made me feel very welcome. I'll definitely come here again when I need to fix something!

Workers are extremely kind and the store usually has everything needed in stock.
On the occasion the item isn't in stock, we order through the warehouse and it gets to the ypsi store within 3 days

A little out of my way, but was worth the trip. Easy access to the business staff was super friendly and they had exactly what I needed. They actually deserve more than 5 stars that's just my opinion.

I got some keys made! They were fast, safe, and so financially frugal that i had to get more so I could use my coupon for being a rewards member! The keys worked and you can't get this type of service anymore! I HIGHLY recommend stopping by! I LOVE supporting smaller businesses!

These guys are great, totally committed to following distancing rules, incredibly helpful, I barely set foot in the store and they got me everything I needed and safely loaded up my car. Why go to the big box? These guys are locally owned, support your local community and get good prices. I forget they are here and shame on me for that.

Always the best customer service

The store has seemed to settle into a new groove that has some knowledgeable people. They are great with curbside service and have my order ready accurately and quickly. Glad we still have a local hardware store.

I love this place, they are so helpful and if they don't know the answer they google it and help you.
The store is always clean and I really cant express how much I appreciate the attitude of the workers. They are so fun and bright, they were singing together when I came in 😎
