I had a storage unit before in the past. I had moved my things out but recently decided to move some stuff back because I had to roommates moving in. I like it because now you have access with the gate and longer hours to get into your unit. That helps out a lot thank you for that. Miss Cheryl is always so friendly and very helpful in your needs. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Cheryl is amazing. I witnessed her care for a long time customer first hand as I waited to be helped. When she took care of me I could not have asked for better service.

I am leaving this storage center, but want to say that working with Cheryl over the past 5 years was the main reason why I stayed for a lot longer than anticipated. I'll rate Prestige Storage when I'm out not to lower the score for what I want to give Cheryl. You were awesome to work with Cheryl!

The lady working at the office was very kind and it was exceedingly pleasant to do business with her. I was even given a special deal since I only needed the storage unit for a couple weeks instead of a month, but I still was allowed to keep my things in there longer than the two weeks if I needed to do so (I ended up needing an extra day to clear the unit out and that was not a problem). The location is great for college students too. Also, my rental fee covered the padlock and key, so I was allowed to keep that after my lease was over. I will definitely use this facility if I need to store anything large in the future.

The staff are lovely people, warm and gracious, and go out of their way to be helpful and see that your experience is positive. Its a terrific place, reasonably priced... I've been very happy with this facility and grateful for all of the suggestions that made my move so much easier! TY.

I had an incredible experience at North Huron Street Storage. I rented a UHaul truck from another vendor, and I needed to exchange it for a bigger truck. The gentleman at North Huron Street Storage was extremely accommodating. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure I knew how to use the new truck and equipment.

Unfortunately wasn't able to rent as all their units were full, but the owner was so kind as to call *another* storage place and find me a unit there. That kind of service is a good sign in my book!
