Riddle's Jewelry - Brainerd Baxter

After a long day of traveling all over to different jewelry stores we were greeted and met by Naomi (our sales rep). She was very patient and knowledgeable on what we were looking for. When we couldn’t quite find what I wanted we started looking at other options and again she was extremely patient. We were inside Riddles in Baxter for at least 2 hours if not more. She never once seemed annoyed and continued to pull rings, mix and match bands, and answered any questions we had. When we found THE ONE! We asked her to write it down so we could go home and think about all our options for the day and she was more than willing. A manager then came up and made us deal so we could leave with the ring we were absolutely in love with it. Their customer service skills are amazing. I highly recommend giving them a chance to help you find your jewelry needs. Especially for custom pieces as at one point that was the direction we were leaning and out of all the stores we had been in they were the best at being kind and knowledgeable! Now we are just waiting for the new size to come in and I will forever be blessed with an amazing and beautiful piece of jewelry!

Riddle's Jewelry in Brainerd was very helpful in fixing my ring and creating a custom necklace. Kylie was informative, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with. Patrick did remarkable craftsmanship on the three generation necklace! Highly recommend their services!

I was looking to get a ring resized. Kennedy greeted and helped me right away. She was knowledgeable, kind, and thorough in assisting me. My ring was done in the timeframe Kennedy said it would be and was the price she quoted me as well. They even cleaned my ring and made it look better than what brought them.

They are very friendly and really take time listening to what you are looking for.
And if they can't find it, they will go on their website to look for it.
If it's not on their website, they will search for it online until they find it for you. They absolutely go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for for the occasion you're looking for it.

Pat did a fantastic job at making sure my charms were real from my trip to mexico and put them on my bracelet right away, so I wouldn't have to drive 30 miles back to pick them up in a few days. Thanks Pat.. see you when I get a Chance to go on another trip.

Such great service! My birthstone ring was stolen from my work locker last year. I came back with my family and decided to just peek and see what rings they had in hopes of replacing mine, when I saw that they had the same ring still available! We buy all our jewelry here. They are all very knowledgeable and very friendly. I go in often to get my rings cleaned and they are so nice and make me feel important and and quick to clean my rings and get them back to me. I've had one issue with a ring and they were also quick to help me and get it fixed. I highly recommend them!

Everytime I go in the store all the employees are willing to help with whatever I need help with and they have an amazing sense of humor especially the manager he is great literally went in to get my watch band adjusted expecting to pay at least $5-10 but went up to grab it and it was on the house due too running around in the first place to get my watch band adjusted so this place is very recommended.

We have been coming to Riddles in Brainerd/Baxter for 10+ years. We have always had amazing professional service. Everything from staff helping my husband create the perfect engagement ring to getting repairs on watch bands and resizing of our wedding bands.

Recently, we brought our four year old in to see the staff at Riddles. Her allergist recommended only getting high quality gold due to her metal allergies. Riddles is always the First store that comes to mind for our loved ones.

The staff working (Ross), took our concerns and our daughters wishes on finding "princess earrings" and found the perfect pair that fit our budget. Ross took almost an hour with us even though we weren't in for a "big" purchase. He wrapped her earrings and presented them ..

My wife and I are very satisfied with the experiences we've had with Riddles. Both of our wedding rings were purchased through this company and we sent them in to be resized recently. Not only was their customer service team excellent, but they informed us of their readiness in a timely manner, and when my wife picked our rings up they were perfectly done the first time and polished to a shine. I have never personally purchased from Riddle’s, but have been in to “window shop” just for ring ideas! I’ve never felt pressured by the staff, and have only received the warmest welcome while in the store! It definitely makes me feel great that when we are ready to buy a ring, the staff will be there to do their best at getting what I want!
